Hazel sighed as she pulled her hair into a ponytail. Another week and she'd need a trip to the salon. Or for a much cheaper substitute, ask Nikki do repair her damaged hair. Two weeks had passed since the party and two weeks since Hazel started at the University of London. She is majoring in music. So far, she has loved all her classes, well, they were tolerable so it was okay.

In case anyone is wondering what the typical day of a music student is... well, here you go.

6:30- Hazel wakes up and joins Nikki or morning yoga at the studio down the street from where their building is located.

7:10- Hazel quickly showers and gets ready.

8:00- Nikki picks up Nikki in her Red Volkswagen Beetle. The two make a quick trip to Starbucks. They order their usual. White Peppermint Mocha for Nikki and Gingerbread Latte for Hazel.

8:30- Classes start. First class is Musical Theatre which were spent watching and discussing various American musicals.

10:00- Quick break between Musical Theatre and Hazel's next class, which is Aural skills. Spent the class listening to intervals and determining chord inversions to sight.

11:00- Hanging out in the lounge with fellow music students. Coffee in hand, Hazel spends a little time on Facebook and just hang out. Later then, head off to lunch.

1:15- Warn up and prepare for her lesson.1:45- Music Lesson. Work on breathing, technique and prepare for performance.

There you go.

Hazel lightly pulled on her eye as she winged out her eyeliner, she liked the cat-eye look. Finishing that, Hazel applied on her lipstick and grabbed her bag.

Walking to her kitchen, Hazel made herself some eggs and bacon. Sitting on the couch, she switched on the TV and turned to the news. Hazel personally liked to know what was happening on in the world.

As she finished her last piece of bacon, a knock came from the door. “Perfect timing.” Hazel said as she placed her plate and fork on the sink before grabbing her bag and keys of the counter.

Locking the door, Hazel turned to see that Nikki was already halfway down the hall. She ran to catch up. “Hey,” she smiled at her friend.

“Hey.” Nikki barely looked up as she studied the flashcards in her hands.

“Test?” Hazel guessed.

Nikki shook her head, still not taking her eyes of the flash card. “Oral report. Last minute prepping. It's the first thing this morning.”

The two kept quiet on the elevator ride down to the parking lot. Hazel kept quiet so not to disturb Nikki. As the door opened, Nikki finally looked up, exchanged her flash cards for her keys and the two made their way to her car.

Nikki smiled as she saw her precious Volkswagen Beetle which was a present from her parents. Both seated themselves. Hazel pulled the car into gear and smoothly eased out of the parking lot and into the street.
