The Death Eaters had somehow come back from the dead. Though they had absolutely no idea how they did , they were quite happy about this. Problem was, many wizards and witches were no longer under the Imperius Curse since Voldy decided to peace out, so about a quarter of the Death Eaters left. Another quarter decided that being a Death Eater - Mm, not so great.

They decided to leave and try to make a new life for themselves, perhaps on another continent. That brought them down to half, and they weren't really enthusiastic to go try and find the dead body of their master. The following thoughts frequented their brain:

Whyyyyyy

Does he even have a body? I mean, he looked like he skipped his skincare routine for three years

I don't want to wait fourteen years again for this guy to come back

We lost to a bunch of highschoolers

They say that, but their super-secret headquarters, an elaborate underground facility, was more like a high school than they would like to admit. There was a social class, that consisted of jocks (Death Eaters can like Quidditch) and nerds that spend time in the library instead of at parties. Rumors flew around like Jason on a sugar high.

A particular conversation had begun to ensue  was that before the Battle of Hogwarts, Bellatrix and Voldemort hooked up, and now she was pregnant. Honestly, there was even a dress code! Black cloaks that made it hard to run in P.E. Though no one took it very seriously.

Anyway, since their lord had fallen, the Death Eaters had no idea what to do with their lives. IT was like their favorite TV Show had been canceled, and there were no fan forums to protest on. Even if there was, the show in question was not very popular at all.

No, every way they looked at it, their situation had fallen short of inconvenient and placed in the What the heck do we do now category.

Bellatrix, being Bellatrix was currently at the top of the hierarchy of their headquarters that didn't actually have a name, so they called it the 'Totally Normal College,' seeing as about half of the residents that stayed there were quite young.

When she walked the halls in her top of the line black dress and cape with red lipstick on, every eye would turn to her. Not just because she had recovered from her time in Azkaban and regained her past beauty, but also because of the ever prominent baby bump that she was sporting. It had gotten to the point where she had to actually wear a cloak to cover it up.

That day, someone had mustered up the courage to ask her about it, "Um, Lady Bellatrix," (everyone calls her 'Lady' as she was the most active Death Eater in the war,) "Would you - I mean to say-"

"What is it?"

"Um," the young man was practically trembling at the gaze that she was giving him, "It's just that - that you have never worn a cloak before-"

"And?" she sent a glare that may or may not have made him pee his pants.

"Well, we were j-just wondering why you were wearing one," he stammered.

Bellatrix rolled her eyes while secretly trying to find an excuse, "It's because Boren, I'm trying to set an example for you. After the Dark Lord had left, you have been being tardy. I have only just noticed this, dressing in muggle clothes,"

"They are quite comfortable," he muttered

"So find something else to make your cloaks with!" she snarled, quickly ending the conversation.
