*After I post it, I put my phone on the charger, turn the TV off, then fall asleep next to both my boys* I wake up smiling. I get out of bed, Payton rolled over in his sleep so he wasn't on me anymore. And Milo, per usual, downstairs in the living room, waiting to be fed. I go to the bathroom after picking an outfit and change into:

I go downstairs and make breakfast for me and Payton. I feed Milo and refill his water, then eat myself. I put Payton's food on the counter (it's covered with saran wrap) and leave a note on it {you'll find out what it says later} Today, is the day I'm asking Joanne if Payton can go on the vacation, yes I might've planned it then forgot to get approval... but I'll get it now, I guess. I grab my phone and keys then walk out of the house, locking the door. I drive to Payton's house. When I get there, I knock on the door. Joanne knows I'm coming. I messaged her yesterday, telling her I needed to talk to her about something. Joanne opens the door Jo: hi hun U: good morning Joanne Jo: come on in I walk in and we sit at the dining table. Jo: so what did you wanna talk about? U: well- Payton's POV I wake up to Milo licking my face. I smile P: hello Milo He wags his tail. P: good morning- wait I look around and y/n's not here. I get up and walk around the house. When I get to the kitchen, there's pancakes, eggs, and bacon with a note.
