I wake up to the smell of... pancakes? Who's cooking pancakes? I lift my head and open my eyes. Payton's got his arms wrapped around me, luckily tho, I get out of his reach. I walk around the sleeping bodies on my floor and make my way to the kitchen.
In the kitchen I see Addison, Avani, and Mads, my main ones😈 I walk up to them,
U: hey, good morning guys
M: good morning
U: what are y'all cooking
Ad: well since you didn't wake up early enough to make us breakfast, we decided to make it.
U: sorry?
Av: apology accepted
I laugh and grab a plate but Addi smacks my hand away
U: what?!
Ad: no
I roll my eyes
U: well your wrists seem to be fine, huh?
She glares at me then tends to the eggs cooking.
I'm excited for the girl's food, they cook amazingly but don't do it often
Ad: so, what were you doing up so late?
U: wdym
She sighs like she's my mother and I'm her kid and haven't learned my lesson
Ad: I say this every time I interrogate you, I'm your bff, ik
I mockingly move my head mimicking her voice, then sigh, realizing I'm not getting out of this one

U: me and Payton were talking
Av: about???
She says, getting excited

I giggle as they look like they're about to explode

She squeals, but not too loud to where she wakes everyone up
Ad: so u-

I say slowly sounding out the last part, hoping she understood
She beams and so do Ave and Mads
Av: Do you have names yet?
I give her a '🤨' look
U: I'm not pregnant...
Av: ik, ik
I shake my head as she sighs
After Breakfast
We're upstairs in the game room, talking about summer plans. I've been real quiet since I haven't told Payton. All he said is he plans on spending time with me this summer☺️ cute and goes perfect with my plan. I've ordered our passports and when they get here, I'll buy our plane tickets.
I guess Payton noticed how quiet I've been because he grabs my hand and leads me to my room
P: hey are you ok?
U: yh why?
P: you've just been quiet lately, and zoning out
U: oh sorry, just thinking
P: about?
U: things
He laughs and I smile
P: like??
U: our birthdays
P: don't you dare get me anything for my birthday, you being with me is all I could ever want or need
I boop his nose
U: too late
I smile and wink then walk back to the game room
Next Sunday Afternoon

I giggle

Ever since last Saturday morning, he's been trying to get me to tell him or return whatever I got for him.

U: for the last time Payton, I'm not telling you what I got, and I can't return it
P: there's gotta be a way!
U: there isn't

I laugh

P: I'm serious
He says catching up to me, I've been walking all over the house, him trailing behind me. He grabs my hands, making me face him. He stares into my eyes and I stare back, smiling. He smiles,

P: please
U: dw abt it, it's fine. Everything will be fine, all you have to do is chill
P: angel, what is it?
I look away, trying to make up a hint without giving it away.
Payton gently lifts my chin with his finger so I'm facing him again

I give a soft smile and shake my head no
He engolfs me in a hug

U: gosh, you're do needy
I say laughing, he laughs too. He stops hugging me and looks down at me

U: it's a vr thing, but I haven't picked the place. Tokyo or Iceland?

I smile and peck his lips

He nods his head to himself and I run upstairs and jump on my bed. I grab my laptop and buy the tickets to Tokyo, yes I lied to him, he'll be fine. I pay for them and delete my search history reguarding anything tripwise or plans for Tokyo. I also booked a hotel, and the passports come in 1 week. I'm super excited. Ik he's going to hate that I payed for everything, but he'll enjoy it, hopefully. I zone out looking to my black, turned off, computer screen.
What if he doesn't like it?
What if he wants to go back home?
What if I made him mad by lying?
What if he was really excited to go do vr?

I didn't even realize I was crying, I wipe my tears and look at Payt. He looks really concerned

I smile and hug him, hoping real hard he won't hate me for this

I look up at him and squint my eyes at him
U: I wouldn't be surprised since you like to go all out when I'm simple. Like I would legit be happy if you just bought me a chocolate cake.
He laughs at my little ramble
P: cute but anyways, I talked to your parents and- ow!
He says as I hit his arm
U: I told you, you can't propose yet, I'm still too young!
P: well good thing I'm not proposing... yet. But still, off topic! I talked to your parents and they said yes so- ow! Stop hitting my arm

I stare into his eyes
