eight boys are currently seated in a circle, wearing what seems to be jumpsuits.
they were chattering towards each other, while some, well, is flirting.
"you two are gross, honestly hyung." chan scrunched his nose towards seungcheol and jeonghan.
"aw, is my baby jealous his boyfriend isn't here?" chan blushed at his hyung's retort.
"h-he's not my boyfriend."
"yet.." the two oldest whispered, giggling as chan's cheeks reddened more.
seungkwan entered the set, assuming the mc position like he always had.
"good morning everyone." he greeted, to which the boys returned. "as all of you know, our storage houses have been infested by mice so now we will take matters into our hands. let's meet our targets.."
first on the screen was the oldest of the '96 liners.
"this is the first mouse, wen junhui. i bet minghao will be the perfect hunter for him, i suppose?" the group agreed to seungkwan' s idea, knowing how junhui is whipped for his fellow chinese.
"next, jeon wonwoo—"
"me! i'll be the one to hunt him—" mingyu excitedly offered but was cut off.
"no, you will not, mingyu." says jeonghan, to which the puppy just pouted at.
"you know that won't work on anyone else but wonwoo-hyung, gyu." minghao stated.
"anyways, let's move on to the last two. kwon soonyoung and lee jihoon. i guess we'll find and capture them together." seungkwan chuckles.
"or jihoon would be the one to push soonyoung on the capture zone." joshua joked, making everybody laugh because that's really posiible to happen.
seungkwan continued to explain the rules and mechanics of the game, and soon the mousebusters each took a gun with them. a loud sound was heard, signalling the game has officially started.
meanwhile on the mice side, they were also in a meeting while the busters have theirs.
"i have a feeling junhui-hyung would be the first one to be captured." jihoon stated.
"and minghao would be the one to capture him." soonyoung added, and the two laughed.
"and 100% percent sure you two will be captured together." the latter scoffed.
"not if i sacrifice soonyoung—"
"no! you wouldn't really do that right?" soonyoung asks his boyfriend.
"he will, soonyoung, he will. you poor soul." wonwoo pats soonyoung's shoulders.
the four soon engaged themselves in a much serious, pfft, conversation. the four succeeded in assigning the special skills to each one of them.
a loud sound was heard. they went off their separate ways (three separate ways, soonyoung's following jihoon wbk) and the game has officially started.
