Nurmengard Castle, Austria 1950
Rigel Tenebris, a young man shrouded in a web of secrets. I could never explain what thoughts raced within the guy's mind yet slowly I began uncovering his awareness of the Wizarding World and his personal grudge against one Albus Dumbledore. His statement seemed more complicated than a supervisor exploiting their authority over a student due to prejudice reasons and I don't doubt Grindelwald's concubine would go to any length to rid himself of potential rivals whether in the fields of politics or war.
The day I left Anastasia determined to further her investigation, she was a resilient woman so I trusted her to take care of herself for the preceding unknown years that I might not return. My thoughts cut off when the car turned right, into the wide driveway that led off the lane, Rosier manor was a house that grew out of the light at the end of the straight drive, lights glinting in the diamond-paned downstairs windows and even with a garden beyond the hedge of the fountain, it didn't come close to Peverell Manor.
I strolled through the vast dimly illuminated corridor adorned with a luxurious carpet covering the marble platform, in my younger years I used to be unsettled by the eyes of the pale-faced portraits hanging on the walls but now they felt like ghosts in the past. At the end of the hall was a bronze-handled door to my mother's office or now a place I will soon be given to "Welcome, Lord Alabaster Athanasius Rosier of House Rosier" Lady Rosier smiled as she presented the beautiful office with an elegant table and illumination coming from a roasting fire beneath a handsome marble mantelpiece surmounted by a gilded mirror.
"Good evening mother, its pleasant to see you doing well" I replied even hiding my disdain towards that sperm-donner of mine but my mother seemed to be doing much well which relieved me.
"Why wouldn't I be? I get to watch my only son take on the mantle of being Lord of our House, I got nothing to worry about" Vinda smiled she told me to familiarize myself with the office and come down for dinner "Its really good to have you back" I smiled watching her leaving before sighing.
"I wonder how's Anastasia is doing?"
Three years seemed to have flown by just like the autumn wind, Alabaster extracted Grindelwald's followers invoking the fear of exposure within their cores, and yet there were those stubborn enough to challenge the Rosier family and found themselves disposed of. Grindelwald trusted Dumbledore and with that trust came risks, risks of dying at the hands of the Ministry if they don't feed you to the Dementors nonetheless certain reports have been floating around, an incident transpired for the last two years. Hogwarts and Ilvermorny were attacked separately by a group of Shifters, a well-organized revolutionary movement against Wizards despite the high odds of victory both leaders were killed leaving the followers disorganized. However, in both accounts, the heads of these revolutionaries similarly target a particular person a male British Mage in his 20s who miraculously on separate occasions managed to triumphantly emerge unscathed while leaving the leaders in a blood-soaked defeat. And that's what brought Alabaster to one of the islands of Greece an undisclosed area where an unusual Mundanes began forming a cult under the guidance of a Mage.
File 01: Honestly, the only reason I decided to uptake this mission was for my objective no matter what I couldn't let the opportunity of figuring out what the hell was occurring under my watch slip by. Of course, I never intended to stay hidden in the shadows for long mainly if a third party was involved in this neverending conflict. I'll have to ultimately weed out this party quietly and offer assistance to the Inquisition of Order once in a while. Grindelwald cannot discover what power this party has or else the tides of war might change. The Muggles themselves were manipulated to automatically attack any intruders, a distraction was needed and the church bell was all I required.
