DESPITE being nervous, Jongho was playing his role of bodyguard very well. He didn't really have a serious face, but rather a warm one, a short smile covered it as he made eye contact with Taeyong.

"Who are you with, Emily? Your co-worker? Nice to meet you I'm Lee Taeyong, her brother."

My brother approached Jongho and shook his hand excitedly. Then I intervened.

"N-no. He is my bodyguard. Choi Jongho."

"Your bodyguard? Since when does my little sis need someone to protect her?"

I wanted to answer, but Jongho was faster which surprised me and totally changed Taeyong's happy expression into a very uncertain one. He furrowed his brows in curiosity.

"Since someone wanted to kidnap Mrs. Eunmi, but hopefully everything is fine now. Mr. Lee himself took this decision."

The next second Taeyong grabbed my shoulders with both hands and fixed my eyes. I could only read intense worry and anger in his sight.

"Emily!? Why didn't you tell me about this incident?"

"It's not such a big deal." I waved him off.

"We will talk about this later."

Taeyong has relaxed after my words, but still that concerned look didn't want to leave him. But it didn't take him long to recoup his normal self, the nosy, arrogant and bold self. He was looking at Jongho now. My brother has scanned him from head to toe in an instant, like he was feeling that Jongho is not just my bodyguard.

"Anyway, aren't you too short for a bodyguard?"

With an raised eyebrow Taeyong glared into Jongho's eyes. As usual. My brother hasn't changed a bit. He is still direct with every thought of his and is not afraid to speak up. I understand, he is worried about me, but that was too much.

"Taeyong! What are you-"

"Miss Eunmi, let me please. I understand your concern, Mr. Lee, but I assure you that I am fully capable of protecting your dear little sister."

Jongho was calm. I was looking carefully at him, and there was no sign of nervousness anymore. Jongho might be short, but that was never his concern, his height is not a barrier for him. He was more confident in his words than ever. But Taeyong's face hasn't changed, he was still looking doubtfully at Jongho like he just said the stupidest thing ever.

"In order to convince you, Mr. Lee, I invite you to watch one of my matches this afternoon."

Ok I get it, Jongho wants to get my brother's trust, he wants to get his respect. But isn't he going too far? I mean it is not necessary to prove something to Taeyong. Things are settled up already anyway.

"A match, hm?"

A wide smirk covered Taeyong's face. Oh, I have a bad feeling about this. I know Taeyong too well.

"Splendid! I will be your opponent then and test your power on my own skin. What do you say?"

Ahh, I knew it! I expected Taeyong would come up with some stupid thing like that. Of course Jongho won't accept this childish suggestion, it's too simple.

"Are you sure you want this, Mr. Lee?"

"I think this is the best way to find out how good you are."

The two men were piercing each other's eyes while standing face to face. My brother was challenging Jongho, he was really determined to test him.

"Agree."

This is ridiculous. Can't believe Jongho actually accepted Taeyong's challenge. He can't miss any chance of showing his power.

"Taeyong, you haven't been in Korea for 4 years, don't you have anything better to do than testing my bodyguard?"

A short laugh escaped Taeyong's lips.

"See you soon at your best match to ever watch, little sis."

With those words, he left us. That's absurd. The first thing Taeyong wants to do after arriving back home is boxing in a freaking match with my bodyguard. That's the thing that worried me the most. My brother is the person that can't be controlled, sometimes he doesn't have a limit.

"Hey, don't be so tense. Nothing's going to be bad, it is just a friendly match."

Jongho patted my back as he softly spoke to me. I sighed. I think he is right. What can go wrong? At least is just a match. Nothing extreme or crazy, as my brother usually likes. I'm just overthinking.

"Oh my! We were in a hurry! Jongho, why didn't you tell me? Let's go!"

"I'm your bodyguard not your damn secretary."
