I walked over to Dream with George's hand in mine. Dream looked...unimpressed to say the least.

Regardless, I stood in front of Dream very bubbly.

"I don't think you two ever really got to meet properly. Clay, this is George." Dream stared at George with a blank facial expression, his eyebrows slightly raised.

"George this is Clay...or Dream" I wasn't sure what Dream preferred to be called. I was aware that Clay was a very personal name. Dream reaches his hand out to shake Georges.

"Call me Dream." He bluntly states. I wasn't enjoying the vibe Dream was giving off. He wasn't really presenting himself as very welcoming. I don't think George really noticed though.

"Hey guys we better start looking for a place to stay, it's dangerous out here in the dark." Wilbur announces whilst getting up from the ground, brushing off the dirt from his back side.

"We can stay at my hideout, as long as you three don't out me." Dream offers whilst pointing at Tommy, Wilbur and George. They all nod in agreement.

Dream grabs my hand forcefully, pulling me in front of everyone to lead the way. He wasn't acting like himself, or at least not like the Dream I had gotten to know.

We were a little further than the rest of the boys. I was pretty familiar with where we were, so I could easily say that we weren't far from Dreams property. The entire walk, Dream refused to let go of my hand. I wouldn't have minded if he wasn't holding it so tightly. I just let it go, assuming he was angry about what had happened in the city.

After walking for another 10 minutes, we finally all made it to Dreams house. The familiarity was extremely comforting and exactly what I needed after the rough day.

Dream closes the door behind the last person to enter.

"I think it's best if we all go straight to be, it's been an eventful day." we all looked at each other and nodded in agreement.

"So I've got a master bedroom, a guest room with a bunk bed and the couch unfolds. So two people will have to share a bed." I imagined George and I sharing a bed would make the most sense so that's what I offered.

"Well George and I can share a bed if that makes everyone comfortable." Dream rolled his eyes.

"Honestly, last time I shared a bed with you, you wouldn't move the bloody hell over. I'll take the couch." George removed himself from our conversation and made his way to the couch that was situated behind us.

I looked at Dream, only assuming that I would now be sharing a bed with him. He refused eye contact and headed towards the bedroom. I looked at Tommy and Wilbur with a soft smile. I kissed them both on the cheek as a way to say goodnight before following Dream into the room.

As I entered the room, I saw that Dream had already taken his shirt off to get ready for bed. He seemed extremely pissed off, and I knew I wasn't going to be able to sleep if we didn't clear things up. Though I will say, he looked very hot when he was angry.

"Everything okay?" I asked, nervous about what his answer would be. I sat in the middle of the bed with my legs crossed. I would get dressed for bed in due time.

"Yeah, I'm fantastic." He states obviously sarcastically. He closed his draws and walked over to his side of the bed, avoiding eye contact with his entire life.

He sat at the edge of the bed with his arms resting on his knees, holding his head with his hands.

"Clay...I'm sorry that I went alone but you have to understand-" he cut me off.

"I don't care that you went alone Luna." He looks over his shoulder. I got up and walked over to him. I stood in front of Dream with my arms crossed. He sat at the edge of the bed, looking up at me.

"Then what's your problem." he shook his hand before shuffling around the bed, getting under the sheets. "I'm talking to you!" I semi-yelled at him. He rolled onto his back and slammed him hands down in frustration.

"Can you just stop talking for once and get in the bed."

"No." I stood my ground. He was being so irrational.

"Fine, go sleep with George instead. We both know that's where you'd prefer to be." my jaw dropped at the words that came from Dreams mouth. Was he being serious?

"I can't tell if you are joking or not." I said in complete disbelief.

"I'm not. Sorry for thinking that you might actually see something in me." Dream sat up and looked at me with anger and hurt in his eyes. I started giggling, this was way too funny.

"You think George and I are together?" I say through a laugh.

"Seems like it. You both pretty much said that you've shared a bed together before. I don't know why you find this so funny." I begin laughing even louder, completely disregarding the fact everyone else was trying to sleep.

"Oh lord." I continue to laugh whilst walking around the bed to my side.

Dream just watched in confusion and frustration.

"George is my brother you fucking idiot." Saying it out loud just made me laugh even harder. Dream just looked at me with absolute embarrassment flushed across his face.

"Well you never said that." He argues, crossing his arms.

"I didn't think I had to, I thought everyone knew." He rolled his eyes. I smiled at him and grabbed his hand.

"Are we going to ignore that you basically admitted that you want me to see something in you." I smirked and tilted my head.

"Why wouldn't I?" my heart skipped a beat at his words. I was fully expecting him to make up some stupid excuse to cover his confession, but he didn't. My large smile turned into a neutral expression, I was caught off guard.

"I don't want to embarrass myself by asking this so please don't make it awkward...But can you please come over here and cuddle me." He requested so sweetly. My heart fluttered, I felt those same butterflies I felt this morning again.

"I need to get changed first."

"You can borrow one of my hoodies." I did exactly that.

I forced Dream to look away while I got changed. I was wearing one of his black hoodies and grey sweatpants. I told Dream he could uncover his eyes as soon as I was fully clothed. He looked at me and his eyes instantly softened.

"You look so cute." He pouted his bottom lip.

"Shut up, I could beat you up with my hands tied behind my back." I threatened. He chuckled whilst holding his arms out, gesturing for me to come into the bed with him.

I wasn't sure what exactly we were. It was confusing. However, I couldn't deny that I definitely liked Dream. I saw myself in him in a way, I guess that's what made me feel so connected to him. Dream is a very attractive guy, I wouldn't be surprised if he went out and got girls from other cities every weekend.

I chose to forget about all of that and enjoy the moment. I laid against Dreams body. He had both his arms wrapped around me. My head rested on his chest, as did one of my hands. He smelt so fresh, which was ironic considering we hadn't showered. His natural scent must just be admirable for me.

As I drifted off to sleep, I felt a soft kiss on the top of my head. I didn't want to bring attention to it so I simply smiled and continued to fall back asleep.
