THE GIRL WAS WOKEN UP... by Pansy's obnoxious music as she got ready for breakfast. She was awake way earlier than she needed to be and the other girls groaned quietly to the sound of the girl singing along like a banshee.

Kiernan laid in her small, yet comfortable bed as she stared at the canopy that hung above her. The girl could not stop thinking about what happened the night before. She never expected anybody to be interested in her; she could only think of the reasons why the students should be appalled. While the girl laid there, her mind continued to drift to the boy. She thought about how he looked, how he acted, how he made her feel; this was all very new territory.

Her eyes closed and she replayed the events in her head. She thought about the way she had the boy straddled and how they could have done so much more than what they did. Why was she thinking like this? The platinum haired boy treated her like rubbish just moments before, yet she still felt a strong desire to kiss him again; a strong desire to have her body pressed against his once more.

The girl's daydream was abruptly interrupted when a girl stood over her, snapping her fingers. The girl had smooth light skin and long dark hair.

'Get up!' The girl yelled, being as inconsiderate as possible. Before Kiernan could get a word out, the girl said: 'I don't know if people are this lazy in the muggle world or if that's just you. Either way, we've got places to be and if our house loses points because some newcomer decides she wants to sleep in, then we're going to have problems.'

The girl's bad attitude seemed to have no effect on Kiernan; at this point, she was used to people being mean to her. She rolled her eyes, sliding her house shoes on as she dug around her raggedy suitcase for an outfit to wear.

She pulled out a green plaid skirt and a black long sleeved turtleneck. It was the closest thing she had to slytherin colors. Not to mention, the outfit seemed to be cuter than what everyone else was wearing. She stripped from her sleeping gown as the dark haired girl stood in front of her; there was a hint of shock in her expression because she did not expect the girl to take her clothes off right in the middle of the room. Kiernan finished getting dressed and flipped her hair downwards to pull it into a high messy bun. Once she was completely ready to head to the dining hall for breakfast, she shoulder checked the girl that had been mean to her before exiting the dormitory.

As the girl walked down the grey stone steps and into the slytherin common room, her eyes immediately locked with Draco's. They stared at one another for a long, uncomfortable amount of time. There was no doubt that the two's minds drifted to their scandalous night. Kiernan slightly shook her head, trying to regather her composure and walked down the rest of the steps and directly out of the room.

Draco watched her walk away. Seemingly, he knew that it would not be the last time he did so.

The girl made her way into the dining hall for breakfast when Dumbledore approached her; she did not even get the chance to make herself a plate because she slept in and everyone had already been leaving. She looked up at the headmaster, her head tilted back because of how tall he was standing in front of her.

'It is time for you to get all of your required supplies.' The headmaster said with no greeting to the girl sitting before him.

'I do not have any wizard money sir.' She said, slightly embarrassed.

Dumbeldore laughed, 'Galleons,' he corrected. 'And do not worry about that, I have covered the expenses of everything that you will need and a bit extra if you wish to bring a pet back with you.'
