The next day Aisha invited Maeve to go to the beach club with her.

So she dressed in her bikini and a dress and hurried to pack all her stuff.

When she was done she rushed out the door.

She saw Miguel also wearing swim trunks.

"Don't tell me Aisha invited you too?" She asked smiling at the taller boy.

Only he didn't smile back.

"You ok?" She asked unsure."

He approached her. "Why didn't you tell me Robby Keene was your brother?"

Her smile fell and she sighed softly.

"I'm sorry, I wanted to tell you, but it really wasn't my decision to make. Besides he's only my half-brother and I hadn't seen him in a long time." She said quietly.

Miguel instantly felt bad for making her uncomfortable, that was the last thing he wanted her to feel around him.

"It's ok. I'll talk to sensei sometime today." He sent her a small smile before heading to the exit.

She followed him and saw Aisha and her parents waiting for her, so she went to them.

"Oh man, that sucks." Aisha said after Maeve told her about everything.

She was glad her friend wasn't mad at her.

They were laying near the pool tanning.

"Yeah, I feel so bad, he looked really disappointed." She said looking down.

Aisha smiled softly. "He'll forgive you."

Suddenly she began to smirk. "So you and Miguel?" She wiggled her eyebrows.

Maeve giggled. "No we're just friends, besides I'm still not over Hawk."

Aisha's smiled sadly.

"But I do think I like him a little." Maeve admitted blushing.

"Oh my god, finally! I've been waiting forever for you to admit that." She said chuckling.

Maeve giggled at her friend.

"So your birthday's next week. Do you have any plans?" Aisha asked her.

"No. I don't think I'll do anything crazy. Maybe invite some friends to go eat ice cream or something."

Aisha already had an idea in her head, it was still a surprise so she didn't tell Maeve about it. Instead she just nodded.

Meanwhile Miguel went to the beach, meeting up with Hawk, Moon and Demetri.

"Hawk." He said once he approached them.

"What's up?" He asked and did their handshake.

Suddenly Hawk frowned.

"No. No more of this. Look it's a beautiful day out. The beach is packed with babes. No more sulking about Sam." He told him.

Miguel looked at him annoyed. "It's not about Sam. It's about sensei."
