Taylor woke up at exactly 11:11am. Nobody was there. She looked to her right and note on the table next to the hospital bed.
The note read:
Dear Taylor,
Good morning baby. Your parents and myself are in the cafeteria. Call me when you wake up. Then we will come up. Your chemotherapy starts at 12am. I love you beautiful.
Love your amazing boyfriend.
Taylor felt so weak that she could barely reach her phone. She called Nick and told him she was awake. Within 10 long minutes Nick and her parents arrived.
And so did the doctor with some results of her blood work.
"Taylor have you been sexually active?"
Said the doctor
Taylor answered "once"
The doctor said "well you are pregnant."
Nick blurted out "wait we are pregnant with a baby? And she has cancer?"
The doctor said "yes it is very hard to have a baby while having cancer."
