Alyssas pov:

I had to hang out with my new step family. We get in the car. Alejandro looks at me and I look at him. My mom had to go to work. I had to sit with mar and Kevin while Emilio and Alex had to sit in the back.

Sarah: we are here

We didn't exchange a word and get out. I see we are at Olive Garden. I look at Emilio and hold his hand.

Dad: hi family for 7 please

Waiter: ahh big family I see

Sarah: yes

She gives them a smile. I turn to Alejandro and Emilio and we together fake gag. We sit down together. Me Alex and Emilio sat together while my new step family sat infront of us.

Kevin: you know Alyssa you look like your mother

Alyssa: yes I am aware of it

Emilio: I'm hungry

Dad: we are getting food

Emilio: but I want it nowww

I look at Emilio and put him on my lap. I bounce my leg so he keeps calm. I really needed to text mattia so that's what I did.

I shut my phone off when I hear the people call our names. We get up and go to our table. I sit next to Alejandro and Emilio. My dad and step monster was at the end. Then my step brothers infront of us. The waiter comes and takes our orders. We are now waiting on it.

Sarah: so Alyssa how is school

Alyssa: oh umm it's good I have good friends you know

Sarah: are they boys or girls

Alyssa: umm guys but why does it matter if I hang out with guys

Before I could answer the waiter comes with the food. We all start to eat. As I was eating Alejandro said something only our dad use to say to us.
