Today was the day, The day where Y/n L/n was going to confess to her childhood bestfriend and crush.
Knowing that she would get rejected she still had a tiny bit of hope, just a small, tiny, bit of hope that her confession would get accepted.
Her confession letter was long and simple, She poured all of her heart and soul into it; Finally releasing all the things she felt for the male.
The afternoon was windy, The wind blew her h/c locks and her f/c kimono flowing along. Y/n took deep breathes and prep talked herself.
"You can do this! You've been waiting for 50 years now!" She mumbles.
"Y/n?"
Y/n jolted up and there stood infront of her, Amane Yugi, In the flesh.
Her heart fluttered and her cheeks turn pink "Amane ..."
Amane adjusted his hat "Hey ...So, Why did you call me out here?" He placed his hands inside the pockets on his outfit "Yashiro is waiting for me, y'know?"
"Yes, yes i know but just-" Y/n pulled out her confession letter "I just wanted to ..."
As if the world was hyping Amane up, The wind blew even harder.
"I wanted to ...Confess my feelings." She said with hope laced on her words.
"Amane Yugi" She held on to the note and took a deep breathe.
"My dear childhood friend, When i first met you in kindergarten i felt weird butterflies in my stomach, My cheeks would burn whenever i'm near you and your stupid corny jokes would make me laugh everytime and no one could compete ...
I remember when we both had a fake wedding, and you do not know how much i wanted it to be real, i remember when we would hug eachother whenever we would feel scared or sad .." You felt all of the childhood moments and memories came flooding back to you.
"We would talk about the stars as we gaze up upon them, We would prank the teachers we hated and get in trouble for it- haha ... we would even buy donuts and eat them at my place ...Those sleepovers we would have, and those times we would get hurt ..i cherish all of my memories with you ..bad and good.
