|the naive rebel|
━━━━ ♛ ━━━━28th February, 2020. This was the day I had finally decided to leave my main account (dramarcastic) where I wrote fanfictions, to try general fiction for the first time. My boards were going on, I had just given my physics paper and decided that now that I have 5 days before Chemistry, I should finally hit the publish button. The prologue was out there and I returned back to my studies.
Now. Only those friends/readers of my other account knew about this transition and they readily gave my book a try. Days went by, and it didn't garner any huge jump in views. Obviously, a crime mystery Indian fiction-was highly disregarded genre in India. Place where Arranged Marriages and Proper Romance stories dominated, I never did hope TNR to do well, honestly.
I just wanted to do it right. After my boards, I sat down and planned the book. Step by step, it was a dream I had seen in 2019 and I was finally doing it. I have been ecstatic, and have enjoyed every moment while writing TNR l. I have been discouraged ( many fucking times) thinking how it just didn't do well among reads. And then, one day I thought-forget it. I won't stop. TNR is my dream fiction, and I'll end it with a bang.
No discouragements or demotivating thoughts. And then, on 10th November 2020, I marked The Naive Rebel complete. Something I lived and loved and cherished. My first completed General Fiction, a book I am so proud of. A book that has taught me so much. So much. A book that will never leave my heart, a book that tells us,
'EVERY WEAKNESS IS A STRENGTH.'
Thank you for being with me, living their journeys, & encouraging me!
Only and only love to you all!!
*For others, who might not be aware- there are many bonus chapters planned!
also, my two new books
1) Nemesis
&
2) Marrying the Alphahave their prologues out, if you liked TNR, I can vouch that you'll like them as well!*
