Wore an austere ruddy A gown with a blue scarf(my love for colour riot or colour war as my aunt always call it).perched on the bed and start checking my WhatsApp for messages.
"How are feeling now?"is the first thing my eyes caught.a bright and brode smile appeared on my face."so he cares"the words were louder than I expected.
I replied his message immediatly, stood silently in my bedroom, waiting, wondering what he would say.the message came after what seems like eternity; I replied immediately again and decided to wait for his reply when Amy came inside the room informing me that Aunt is calling.i clenched his hand as we set off.

__________ ina ya faruq?I asked as i sat on the sofa
"He got tired of waiting for you... Yatafi gidan kawu Bala" aunt's attention was on her phone as she replied while Amy plays with his toys making some din.
"Uncle yace zai dawo yau"
"Yaushe kukayi dashi"she glimced at me.
"Ain't you the one that inform me?"I asked looking perplex.
"Noo"she stared at me as though trying to find something on my face
"Did i dreamt about aunt informing me..I can't remember talking to him on phone these days...... perhaps I do......yah it possible"I said all these words in my mind. shrugged my shoulders, taking my phone and headed upstairs and Aunt eyes followed my lead
He haven't reply the message and it has been marked twice with blue color which indicates that he received it and also read."did he find me to be boring or what"a sad expression was played on my face.
"We have to be friends"spoke out loud thinking of how to make him my friend (when I said friends, don't take it as normal friendship.....mine is a quite different case...I just want to make him fall for me,cares for me...just want him to feel thesame feeling I am having for him).
How? how? how can he fall for you Aysha? talking outloud is becoming part of me.khadija or Kiki, their names rushed into my mind.
