Chapter 2

I woke up in the morning to something licking my face. I opened my teal eye and saw it was Pluto! "ACK! Pluto!" I shouted pushing his face away slightly. "Time to wake up Vivian!!" he though, cuddling me. "Here is your schedule for the day." Sebastian said, handing me a piece of paper. "Why didn't you wake me up?" I asked, pouting. "I tried, but you insisted for Pluto." My eyes widened, "Really?..Weird..I don't remember that.." I thought, looking down at Pluto who was panting happily. I looked down at the piece of paper:
7:00 - 8:00 Get ready for the day
8:00 - 10:00 Train Pluto to be more human
10:00 - 1:00 Help Sebastian clean Ciel's study
1:00 - 3:30 Give Pluto a bath
3:30 - 4:10 Dinner
4:10 - 5:30 Help Sebastian with Ciel's small dinner party
5:30 + all done
I read over all of my duties and blushed when I saw I had to give Pluto a bath, oh why me?!
I got up and sighed, making pluto entertained with one of my pillows as I got ready. When I walked out of the wash room, I saw Pluto rolling around on the floor, hugging the pillow I gave him a while ago. I looked at the clock in my room, 8:00 it read. I sighed and walked over to Pluto, making him stand up. "Okay Pluto, I'm going to teach you how to be more human. Will you cooperate with me?" "Yes Vivi!" he thought happily. I smiled a little, "Okay, step one! Stand up straight, good posture is key to being human." He straightened up as best as he could, slouching slightly. I placed my hands on his back and stomach, straightening him up. I then let go and he slouched again, "Pluto!" I giggled, "Keep up straight when I let go silly." "Sorry! It's just really hard!" he thought, whining. "You'll get the hang of it, don't worry. Now try again!"
Sooner or later he was finally able to stand up properly, I gave him a treat and petted his head. "Good job Pluto! I knew you could do it!" "I love you Vivian!" he ate his treat happily, cuddling my leg and nuzzling it once he was finished with his treat. I looked over at the clock again, "10:00 already?" I said to myself, prying Pluto off of my leg. He whimpered and followed me as I walked out of my bedroom. "Pluto I'll come get you later for your ba-- uhm, I'll come get you later." I said, realizing no dog, even a hell hound, likes baths. He tilted his head at me in wonderment, before kissing my cheek. "I love you!" he thought, before running down the stairs and outside. I blushed and rubbed my cheek, "He says that to everyone I bet." I said, trying to ignore the feeling in my stomach as I tried to find Ciel's study.

Once I found the room, I knocked softly, "Come in." said a familiar voice. I opened the door and found Sebastian dusting the shelves. "Ah, right on time, here." he handed me a cloth, "Make yourself useful and wipe down young masters desk, chairs, and tables." he said, before turning his attention back to dusting. I sighed and did as I was told, surprisingly I didn't break anything as I wiped down Ciel's main chair in his study. "PLUTO!! GET BACK HERE!" we both heard someone screaming and looked at the door as a certain hell hound opened the door. "VIVI!! I WANTED TO SEE YOU!" he thought, smiling happily at me with his tongue hanging out. "W-WOAH!" I shouted as he tackled me to the ground. A gardener came into the room panting, "Pluto what's the matter? I only wanted to pet you!" He saw me and scratched his cheek. "Oh! Very sorry miss! I didn't know he went looking for you!" the boy said, prying Pluto off of me like it was nothing. "Vivian, this is Finnian, our gardner. Finnian, this is Vivian, our new dog trainer for Pluto." Sebastian explained, helping me up. "I see, well it's nice to meet you Miss Vivian!" he said, smiling as his face tinted a light shade of pink. I shook hands with him before he dragged Pluto out of the room who was trying desperately to get away, "B-but I want to cuddle!" Pluto thought as he whined, scratching at the floor. I felt my cheeks heat up, "That Pluto..I swear.." I muttered, going back to wiping down the next table. "Do you have feelings for the dog already? he asked, looking over at me. "D-don't be ridiculous!" I retorted, pouting at him. He chuckled and continued to dust.
As 1:00 rolled around, I mentally cursed myself as I led Pluto towards the big bath, 'One hell of a bathroom' as Sebastian had said. I opened the door and tied a blind fold around Pluto's eyes. "Okay Pluto, stay right here." I instructed, walking over to the bath and turning on the water. Pluto put his arms out and waved them around, "Vivian? Where'd you go? Why do I hear water?..WAIT IS THIS A BATH?!" "H-hey! Pluto calm down!" I said, quickly running over to him and hugging him. "It's just a small bath, ok?" "B-but I hate baths.." I saw his eyes get a little teary as I took off the blindfold. "Kawaii.." I thought, blushing a bit. I shook my head and led him over to the bath, helping him in then getting shampoo and soap. He whined as I squirted some shampoo in my hand, "Get your hair wet for me please." I said, looking down at him. He did as I asked then waited in defeat for the 'torture' I was about to give him. I washed his hair thoroughly twice, humming as I did so. "Vivian, guess what!" he thought, looking up at me with a smile. "What?" I asked, tilting my head. "Wet!" he grabbed my arm and pulled me in, instantly getting me soaked. "Eek!" I shouted from the suddenness, quickly coming up from the water. "P-Pluto!" "Wet!" he repeated, cuddling me close. I sighed and cuddled him back, I knew he'd just pull me in again if I even tried to get out. He looked at me with a smirk on his face, I raised an eyebrow and was about to ask why till he did the unthinkable. That's right, he kissed me, on the lips. Not anything else on my face, my lips. I felt ten shades of red creep onto my face, I kissed him back as I closed my gold-teal eyes. He soon broke it off and looked at me happily, "I love you!" he thought, nuzzling against my cheek. I stared at him, my silence seemed to scare him a little and he frowned, "I love you Vivian!" he repeated, pouting. I covered my face in embarrassment as I said, "I love you too Pluto..now let me finish bathing you!" I laughed as dread filled his cute face and grabbed the soap, washing him happily.

"Okay Pluto, shake!" I said, holding up a towel infront of me as protection. Pluto shook and I wrapped the towel around him. He panted happily and dried his hair for me as I dried myself off with my own towel. "Now that you're clean don't go getting dirty again." I said, looking over at him. He pouted and nodded, "I'll try not to Vivi.." he thought, walking with me out of the room. He kissed me again before running off somewhere, I raised an eyebrow at covered my mouth, blushing at the suddenness. "What does this even make us.." I thought, walking towards the stairwell so I could eat dinner.

The rest of the night went smoothly with no other mishaps. I practically crawled to my bed once I made it to my room. I climbed up on the bed and stripped before crawling under the comfy covers and resting my head on the pillow. I suddenly felt the bed sink and looked up from under the covers to see Pluto staring at me with his red eyes and a big smile plastered on his face. "I want to sleep with you!" he thought, panting. I thought for a moment, considering the cons and foes, I sighed. "Come on." I opened one side of the covers and he crawled in, cuddling me closely. I grinned and cuddled closely to him, hearing his heartbeat as I laid quietly. "Funny how I thought I'd never fall for a hell hound..or anything that had to do with hell." I thought as I slowly drifted asleep.
