(Name) was beyond tired. However, it seemed that although she was tired, she had no choice but to attend school. It was time for her new school year. That time of the year where everyone is excited to make new friends and join in on the fun. As a matter of fact, (Name) could only hope that life would gradually get better. The start of a new year, means a new school, and a new school means new people. The school that she decided to attend went by the name of 'Karasuno.' (Last name) (Name) ultimately began to regret her decision, but it was too late to change. She came to the acknowledgment that she would attend her next three years of living hell at Karasuno.
On the bright side, perhaps a fresh start would aid in discovering a tranquil setting. She could only hope that was the case. A new setting where interaction was minimal and people would avoid her existence. She wished that was the case. Nevertheless, as usual, the (hair coloured) teenager was incorrect. Hoping for too much would only bring disappointment. This is exactly why (Name) brought her earphones. At least wearing earphones brought on the excuse that she could not hear people when they attempted to approach her. Her last wish would be for humans to socialise with her. She would definitely prefer interacting with aliens, if only they were real.
Too caught up in her own thoughts, the young (Last name) did not realise the oncoming dilemma. At the exact moment where the tragedy appeared to befall closer, the thought of returning home began to look more desirable than ever. Just as she turned to look behind her, (Name) suddenly feels an overwhelming sense of confusion. Her eyes widen in an alarmed manner. She was run over by an eighth grader... or so she thought? Her luck was immeasurable as she sighs in exhaustion.
"Of all people, did it really have to be me?" The girl groans in annoyance.
Whenever she sat down and watched television shows, the characters never seemed to experience any sorts of situations where they were run over by an eighth grader. (Name) feels like she has been lied to and that her whole life is a lie.
"Hey. Sorry, man... Uhh, are you alright?" The awkward teenager attempts to ask the eighth grader.
Suddenly, a sense of regret takes over. Perhaps she was too harsh and should have been nicer. (Name) was not used to talking with little children or... maybe teenagers that looked like children was a better way to phrase it. The young boy looked to be around 160 cm as the female looks back at herself and thinks that she's roughly 10 whole centimetres taller than him.
"I'm fine! I should really look where I'm going... sorry," the orange haired boy apologises. Upon lifting his head to look at the girl in front of him, the boy suddenly goes red and stutters.
The (hair coloured) female was beginning to question the situation. The boy that ran into her was suddenly dying as his face turned redder than a tomato. She sighs to herself. This was why she should have just stayed quiet and left him to die on the road. Honestly, the scenario would have been a great start to a shoujo anime, but reality check, this most definitely was not a love story.
"Okay, cool so you're okay right? I'll be taking my leave now." The girl turns back and begins to make her way to school as she wishes to forget the boy's existence.
"W-wait, are you a model? I mean if you aren't one then you should totally try it out, you're really... pretty!" The boy felt prideful as he was intrigued by the real-life angel in front of him.
"Oh. That's sweet, I guess? You too." At this point, (Name) was fed up and did not even bother with paying attention anymore, as she scrolled down on her phone to find a new playlist. On the other hand, the orange-haired teenager felt himself become flustered. He was unintentionally complimented by a girl. By the time he snapped out of his daze, he looked up to realize the girl was far ahead.
"Hey, wait up! I haven't introduced myself yet. I'm Hinata Shoyo from class 1-1!"
That was the start of a beautiful one-sided friendship.
As (Name) finally arrived, she looked up to see her class number, 1-3. She could have gotten into a higher class but that would have been too much work for her. (Name) felt a sudden urge to turn back time and return home as she did not know how to ignore the stares. For starters, she wasn't dense and most definitely not stupid. Puberty had hit the girl hard but looks aren't everything and people needed to grow up and deal with it.
The female noticed a black-haired male sitting alone in his seat and it just so happened that he had no seatmates. That was great, a seat reserved just for her. The boy seemed startled at the new arrival but remained decently quiet. (Name) was not one to begin conversations and saw no need to make friends. If he wanted to talk, sure, but end of story. No more and no less. The dark blued eyed boy seemed to want something, but the girl could not figure it out. She supposed one conversation would not hurt.
"Hey, is there something wrong? I know I'm pretty but woah, you can at least try to hide it." The boy visibly flinched and flushed at the acknowledgment. He was not intentionally meaning to be rude. In fact, he found you pretty and wanted to introduce himself. Kageyama wasn't good with girls.
"N-nuff.. nuf, I mean nice!" An awkward silence spread between the two seatmates.
It was amusing. (Name) could relate to the internal struggle of not knowing what to say when conversing with someone. She applauded him, at the very least, he made an effort to respond. Perhaps getting to know one person in the class would be beneficial.
"I'm (Last name) (Name), no need for formalities," (Name) slightly smirked.
The black-haired male did not respond as he looked shocked. At this point, the girl was sick of boys looking flustered and shocked. First that Yoyo kid, and now this new so-called friend.
"Well then, blueberry. Did you know that it's really rude to not introduce yourself?"
"Kageyama Tobio! You can call me whatever you're comfortable with..." He awkwardly fiddled with his fingers.
"Well, Kageyama-kun. Welcome to the amazing world of (Name)."
Kageyama Tobio felt ecstatic. There was finally a girl that was not afraid of him. He hoped that this meant he'd become friends with a pretty girl.
Lessons were over and it was time for a break. Taking the advanced classes may not have been such a bad idea. (Name) could not care less about the stares that followed her figure as she exited the classroom. She headed to the vending machine as she amusingly started at her black haired friend, which seemed to be having a staring contest with the vending machine.
Deciding to help her friend, she used an old method. The young (Last name) kicked the machine. As a result, the snacks all fell out of the machine. The powers the main protagonist held were impeccable.
