Ch.24 Weekends

~Y/n pov~

Since I started dating Karma, my weekends were different.

Before, I would stay at home the whole time, either studying or just lazing around.

But now I was dating Karma, we would go out on dates or stay home all day together.

Some nights, he slept over because he didn't want to go home.

I opened the door to see Karma.

He didn't let my say anything and came straight in.

The red head got here a few hours earlier than he usually did, so I was still wearing my sleep attire.

"Why are you here so early? We aren't going on a date right?" I rubbed my eyes, exhausted and stifled a yawn.

Karma chuckled at my tired state, "No, but I noticed you haven't been getting much sleep lately so I came over."

I gave him a questioning look as he approached me.

Suddenly, I was scooped into his arms, my head buried in his chest.

"I guess I haven't got that much sleep." I yawned again and gripped onto Karma's shirt, feeling safe.

I felt him place me into my still warm bed, then the bed dipped as he also got in.

He removed his shoes and socks before crawling under the covers, pulling it over us both.

His arms wrapped around me, pulling me into his chest.

I curled into his warmth, inhaling his scent of strawberry.

"Thanks. I needed this." I breathed out.

"I know."

My eyes closed, sleep washing over me.

~Karma pov~

I looked at the beautiful h/c girl in my arms, wondering how I got so lucky.

The only sounds in the room were our breathing.

My fingers combed through my slightly messy hair, feeling it's softness.

Eventually, I also managed to sleep.

~Y/n pov~

I awoke in Karma's arms.

We had shuffled in our sleep, and I was facing away from him, my back pressed against his chest.

His breath hit the back of my neck, making me shiver slightly.

Somehow, I managed to turn in his tight hold.

Now facing him, I reached up and brushed some of his red locks out of his face.

As if sensing I was awake, his eyes cracked open, seeing me staring up at him.

He smiled, "Sleep well."

I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, "Yeah."

Karma leant down and placed a chaste kiss on my lips.

For the rest of the day, we just relaxed and stayed at home.

I really needed this.
