Ch. 15 Wolf in sheeps clothing

~Y/n pov~

"My powers are telekinesis." I said vaguely.

Karma's eyes widened, "Sounds cool."

I looked down, my hair casting a shadow over my eyes, "I don't really use it though, I'm too scared of someone seeing and being sent back to the lab."

Clenching my hands, I paused for a second.

"Actually, I did have some tablets that stopped my powers working temporarily but they ran out." I continued.

A warm hand was placed over mine, "Hey, it's ok."

We exchanged smiles.

We were doing knife drills in Pe, swinging and trying to hit each other.

Moving targets make everything harder.

I relied on my reflexes and instinct , used to all the training I used to do.

Of course, I matched my skill level with most of the class so I didn't stand out too much.

The lesson ended and some students complained about how cold he was.

He wasn't here to have fun though, he was sent by the government and he was teaching us lessons about assassination.

We heard we would be having a new teacher because Karasuma was busy with work.

"Hey my name is Akira Takaoka and I'm your new teacher!" He seemed very cheerful, almost too happy to be here.

Just what was his deal?

He brought out all sorts of cakes and sweets and almost everyone in the class dug in and had conversations with him.

Koro-sensei drooled over the food but was told off by some of the students.

I sat in the shade of the trees, away from everyone else, Karma came and sat beside me.

"What's up?" He asked.

I sighed, "Someone is off with this teacher. It seems like act."

Karma observed him for a few seconds, "Yeah you're right."

The red head started shuffling and moved me so I was leaning against his chest and sat between his legs, his back was against a sturdy tree.

He ruffled my hair lovingly, "Don't worry though because I'll definitely protect you. Not that you need protecting though."

"Yeah." , I replied absentmindedly, relaxing into his chest.

Takaoka gave us a new training regiments and presented us with new schedules.

He handed them out and I looked at it with shock.

This guy is insane, this is just like the training at the labs.

It's been a few years but I can probably handle training like this, but everyone else, there is no way they'll make it past the first day.

I turned and realised Karma was no where in sight, he's probably skipping pe again.

Did he get the same bad feeling?

"We have ten periods now?"

"Train til 9pm?!"

"This is ridiculous."

People started complaining almost immediately.

"First off this is school, we gotta think about grades too." Maehara complained, "There's no way we can do this."

Takaoka grabbed Maehara and slammed his knee into his stomach with brute force.

He dropped his body on the floor, "Rule number one, we don't do can't. Rule number two, we're a family and I'm the dad. Show me a family where dad isn't in charge and I'll show you a crisis."

Takaoka's face had a dark, insane expression as he stared us down, "If this is too much for you , sit it out. I'll send replacements for you."

More people started to complain, but he whacked them to the side like pesky flies.

We were doing squats, but Okano was exhausted and collapsed.

"I've had enough, please." She begged.

Takaoka raised his hand to punch her, but was instantly stopped by Karasuma.

"Stop, if you hurt these kids, then you'll have to answer to me." He glared at Takaoka.

Takaoka forced one of the students to hold a real knife and try to beat him.

Karasuma chose Nagisa, he was pretty sneaky so that's a good choice.

Let's hope all goes well.

Nagisa walked silently towards him with a smile of guard, so Takaoka was completely caught off guard when Nagisa was suddenly behind him, knife pressed to his throat.

Takaoka was sweating bullets and started going on a rampage because he lost.

Luckily, the principal who seemed to be watching the whole time, stopped his racket and fired him.

Everyone cheered because he was gone.

Two hands wrapped around my shoulders as I was pulled into someone's chest.

I tilted my head, seeing red hair.

Karma buried his face in my neck, "I'm glad you're ok."

"You were watching?"

"Of course, I won't let anyone hurt you again!" He proclaimed.
