Chapter 13- visitors and a deal

A/N I decided this book will be based in Canada since I'm Canadian and don't know the states well enough to write accurately.

It has been about 3 months since I married the twins and we were forced into the family. Eli is doing great, he loves it out here on the farm. Eli been bugging jack to get a dog and he has been very persistent on getting one even came up with a list of why we should have one.

I was worried that jack would get mad at Eli for bothering him so much about a dog but surprisingly jack thought it was funny and gave Eli extra chore so he can work toward a dog.

Jack and Eli seem to have bonded which surprised me since jack called Eli a bastard child many time. Even ash said he was surprised by jack taking Eli under his wing.

Xavier has been fighting with Jack about him,ash,eli and I getting our own farm. He has been looking around the area and I guess there is a place for sale about 20 mins east of uncle bill's place but jack isn't having it. He said that the farm it to much for him and miles alone to handle also since Xavier is the oldest he will take over the farm when jack dies.

My thoughts were caught off by Xavier carrying a crying Eli into the house. It take me a second to see his hand is covered in blood. I rush over to my baby as Xavier sets him on the table and ash come in as well.

"What happened" I asked grabbing the first aid kit under the skin. Jack and miles come in the house as well.
"You okay big man" ask ash.
"Ya im tough" eli say between crying i start to clean his cut on his left thumb.
"He deosnt need stitches but I need to know what happen" I say firm looking and Xavier and ash, Jack crosses his arms in amusement.

"It was Xavier idea" says ash earn a slap from Xavier
"Papa gave me a knife to help cut the string off the bales" said Eli all proud my eyes go wide.
"You did what!" I yell at Xavier, ash steps away from Xavier.
"Now bella it was just a small hunting knife"
"Dont you now bella me. Our son is 5 years old and you gave him a knife" I scream pointing my finger Xavier. I hear miles laughing by the door.

"Watch it bella, you dont raise your voice at me or you will by punished" warned Xavier. I was 10 seconds away from telling xav where is could shove his punishment but jack interrupted putting his hands on my shoulders.
"Now Xavier, you know bella is over protective and punished deosnt scare her when she is in mama bear mode. Plus it is irresponsible to give a hunting knife to a 5 year old"

Im shocked at jacks words. I watch him as he walks over to Eli "Thanks dad" I said. Xavier gives me hard eyes.
"You start him off with his pocket knife" jack smirked at me well handing Eli a small pocket knife.

Before I had a chance to say anything Miles spoke urgently. "There is 2 coming up the drive way" everyone stop jack went to miles who was standing by the open door.
"Belle get Eli upstair, finish wrapping his thumb then come back down" jack ordered

"Dad thats not a good idea, Bella only been here 3 months" argue ash
"We don't want bella, killing any of the heifers. It's not a women's place" said Xavier
"Enough this is my house and you will do as I say or ill punish Belle and Eli" yelled jack.

I quick nodded and took Eli upstairs to my room. "Mom i wanna help" I choked I am own spit at his words, I continued to wrap his thumb and speak too him. "No eli what they are doing is wrong"
"Papa and dad said they kill the heifers to protect us or they would kill us mom. The outside isn't safe. Remember the bad babysitter" he said honestly which made me worry more and question of im doing the right thing by staying here. I want Eli safe and for hime to grow up in a loving home, but I don't think a house of cannibals is the best place for him to grow up in.

"Belle!" I heard jack call from downstairs
"Coming dad" I yell back then quickly put headphones on Eli so he can listen to chicken soup for the soul stories of Ash's old Walkman.

I quickly go downstairs to see the family and 2 guests. One male who looks like he was in his late 30s, he was at least 280lbs barely 6ft black hair brow eyes and tan skin. The other male was maybe 18 he was skinny yet tall looking similar to the other man making me guess that they are brothers.

"Who is this beautiful women" asked the fat man with a death wish.
"Rick this is my daughter in law bella she is married to Asher and Xavier" said jack between his teeth, I looked at Xavier who put his arm around my waist protectively.
"You must be something to able to satisfy to men" said Rick.
"Watch it" said ash in a angry tone that surprised me, Rick put up his hand in surrender.
"Bella this is Rick and his younger brother Tony, there car broke down up the road" said jack. I gave a shy wave I took the hint not to speak when xav held me tighter.

Jack invited them to sit at the table, miles, ash and Xavier sat as while. Ash pulled me from Xavier into his lap, xav gave a growl not wanting to share me at the moment but ash didn't care.

"She is really something" said Rick looking at me like I was meat. I wiggled in ash lap uncomfortably.
"Xavier and miles are good with vehicle how about you stay for a slice of pie then the boy can follow you to your truck and see if they can get you back on the road" said jack trying to take his focus off me.

"We can just use your phone and call someone to come get us" said Tony
"We don't have a phone, times are tough so we had to cut it off" answered miles
"Seriously" asked Tony, miles just nodded. I couldn't help the way miles eyed Tony. He was looking at him how ash and xav look at me. And Tony looked at miles like a teen with a crush, which make me wonder....

"So do you guys have family close by, we can give you a ride somewhere" ask xav
"No, I just came to pick up little Tony here. He was living with our father in Winnipeg until he passed no he is coming to live with me in Calgary. That we are passing through Saskatchewan but got loss trying to take a short cut" explained Rick. Jack nodded then walked to the basement door.

"Bella can you come help get the pie in the downstairs fridge" asked jack i looked at him confused until ash pushed my up off his lap.
"Go help dad bella" said Xavier I just nodded following jack down stairs.

Jack handed me a knife when we got downstairs "I want you to cut the fat ones throat, get a close to him as you can then kill him. I will kill the little one" jack said then goes to walk up stairs but I catch his arm.

"Dad, we can't kill tony" I stuttered in looks at me with a death glare
"Why not"
"Miles looks at him like Xavier and ash first looked at me" I said swallowing the lump in my throat.
"Your saying you think miles is gay.. that's impossible and disgraceful" jack said in disgust.
"No jack, please if im right please accept miles and don't kill that boy"
"Miles isn't of age and no boy of mine will be gay" he spat
"Jack please. You supported xav and ash sharing me. I beg you to support miles." I said jack took his time then steps closer to me making me uncomfortable.

"If your right bella, then I will support him like you ask but you will obey me and do everything I say " Jack said stepping even close placing his hand on my hip i try to wiggle away but it grips me tighter.

"Do we have a deal bella" he asked
"Yes dad" I said silently praying he is not asking for what I think he is.
Then he pulls me flush again his body kissing my lips I struggle trying to push away stupidity dropping the knife that was in my hand. Jack takes both hand holding me in place, the knife in his hand digging in my hip. He moans then released me i hurry away from him with tears in my eyes.
"If you tell anyone about this I will kill Eli do you understand" jack ask i sob the nod

"Mmm good girl, I hope your right bella."he says and begins walking up the stairs.

"Please God let me be wrong" I cry then get the knife I dropped and begin up the stair when dad yells at me.
