I'll Stay Through It All

~Chapter 11~

*No P.O.V.*

Jeremy and Mike were snuggling up to each other on the couch when they heard a knock on the door. Mike answered it and Jeremy stayed seated though he squirmed from time to time, missing Mike's warmth. He opened the door to see non other than her. Doll. His eyes widened with shock soon shifting into anger. "What are you doing here?" He snarled. She rolled her eyes. "Did you not read my text? I said we could just forget this whole cheating thing and get back together." Mike wanted to slap her silly but he didn't. "Leave. Now." He said forming his hand into a fist. "Why won't you just get back together with me?" "You cheated on me. Don't expect me to crawl on my feet to you." She scoffed throwing her hand in the air like a little diva. "Whatever." Mike was done talking to her so he lightly pushed her shoulder making her stumble back and he slammed the door shut stumping back over to Jeremy. "......." he couldn't think of anything to say. He was speechless. Mike looked over at him calming himself. "What's wrong Jere?" He stayed silent thinking of something to say. "N-Nothing....I..just c-can't b-believe she actually c-came h-here." He shakily sighed sitting next to Jeremy, rubbing his back soothingly. "It's alright. Neither can I. Don't worry about her."He nodded his head yawning. Mike chuckled lightly. "Are you tired?" "Yea." Mike picked Jeremy up bridal style and carried his little princess to bed laying him down. Blush spread out over Jeremy's face as he got settled in under the blanket. Mike snuggled in after him then hugged him closely, cuddling him. Jeremy was furiously blushing, but cuddled him too. "You're like a big teddy bear, I'm gonna call you JereBear~" Mike said in a babyish kind of talk. He kinda liked the new nickname, he just hoped Mike wouldn't call him that in public nor around Scott and Vincent. "Goodnight JereBear." He purred into Jeremy's ear. "G-Goodn-night M-Mike." Jeremy stuttered hiding his head in Mike's chest. Mike smiled kissing his head then closed his eyes.

RISE AND SHINE! It was a blissful morning. The sun shined brightly, the birds were chirping their beautiful tunes, and the flowers bloomed into Roses and Sunflowers. Flowers of natural beauty. Mike rose from his slumber to find Jeremy missing from bed. He poked his head in the kitchen, spotting his lovely Jeremy. "Jeremy what are you doing?" He spoke startling him. "H-Hey I-I hope y-you don't mind that I-I made breakfast." Mike wrapped his hands around his waist. "Whatcha' making?" Jeremy blushed. "J-Just s-some e-eggs and p-panc-cakes a-and b-bacon." He lifted his arms flipping the pancake on its other side. "Don't make too much we still have work today then we have our day off." Jeremy sat the two plates down on the table after he finished cooking. They both sat down and begun/began to eat. "It's delicious Jeremy." he complimented eating faster. Jeremy nervously chuckled almost done with his plate while Mike is already done. He put the plate in the sink and left the room to get dressed. When Jeremy finished he did the same. "Ready JereBear?" He hummed jogging to the door. "Coming!" He shouted from the other room. He walked over to Mike after he put on his 'Night Watch' hat.

Le time skip

Mike stopped at the nearby grocery store to pick up bread, butter, and eggs. As they were walking down isles, Jeremy saw Doll looking at something on the shelf. He quickly turned around and walked off. He lost Mike in the store do he strolled around a little until he saw her again. Every isle he went on she was there. He thought he was paranoid , but when he went down isle 3 she was right in front of her. "What are you doing with Mike?" She asked annoyed. Jeremy couldn't say anything because she instantly talked again "He is mine and mine alone okay? If you think he loves you, you're dead wrong." Jeremy was paralyzed by what she said. 'H-He doesn't.......l-love me?' "He knew you fell in love with him so he decided to mess with you and make you think your disgusting fantasy was real then today he was gonna 'dump' you. The whole me cheating on him was a setup." "N-NO! Y-You're w-wrong he d-does l-love m-me!" He didn't want to believe what she said but he couldn't help but think sh was telling the truth. "Wow you really are gullible aren't you?" Doll laughed hysterically. Before either of them could say anything else, Jeremy ran away tears bursting out of his eyes and into the men's bathroom. He scoped the scene to make sure no one was in there. He washed the tears that stained his face and looked at himself in the mirror. 'She's right. Who could ever love someone like me? I'm pathetic, weak, ugly, and sensitive. Maybe....he really doesn't love me. Who am I kidding of course he doesn't. He played me. Used me. Just like everyone else. I guess I know now if someone says the love me their lying. *sigh* I better get to work before I loose my job crying over them and their lies.' After Jeremy cleaned his face he left the bathroom. Mike was standing by the door looking around for Jeremy. When he saw him he walked over to him. Jeremy moved his sight from Mike to the floor, clenched his fist. "Jeremy where have you been I've been looking for 5 minutes." *long silence* He said nothing which worried Mike. "You ok JereBear?" "Dont. Call me that. Please." He said sternly. "J-Jeremy? What's the problem?" Mike put his hand out to touch his shoulder, but Jeremy slapped it away. Mike was hurt he did that yet at the same time confused. "Lets go to work before we're late." Jeremy exited the store, his gaze never leaving the ground. Mike followed rather fast grabbing his arm. "Jeremy." He knew he was upset but he didn't know why. He let go of his arm and placed the blue bags in the trunk. Jeremy started walking off. "Jeremy where are you going?" He asked opening the car door not getting inside. "I'm walking to work." "What? You can't walk to-" "I can and I will. See you there Mike." He said his name angrily then continued to walk off. Mike got in his car and followed after Jeremy, keeping a close eye on him.
