Miyuki's pov. = ̄ω ̄=
I can't believe he actually came, but I should have, since this is a big matter he must attend to; judging by the number of people who came.
I've known much about him. Considering most would come from Social Studies that I've attended so far. And the rumours I heard from the newly arrived maids that were heard from the halls. Most of their conversations consist of him as cold as ice; hard as stonethe head of the clan.
I was both thankful and angry at the same time. Thankful, for letting me know a new found piece of information.
On the other hand, angry, for finding out that those witches (literally) thought that about grandfather. And worst, they knew I was able to hear them from the distance. Mind their matters! Maybe he's just... stiff and respectable.
One day, I heard more of their "gossips" again.
"I saw an emotion on his face. It was actually happiness. It was shown by just that human female from the very beginning." There wasn't any sneer in her voice; instead, it had a hint of gladness. But the only female human I believed have was grandmother, but I thought that she wasn't an esper. Maybe there was another one...
Going back to reality, I noticed a purple material from his hand. I wasn't exactly sure what that material was, but he was holding it gently even he was angry at his own guests.
We stood up as fast as we can at first sight of him. There were a few, the lower ranks than him who weren't able to move in fear, I couldn't blame them, since I'm one of them. He's eyes told us, "Don't move if you want to live." And we did exactly has told While the higher ranks nodded at him, some of them were even smiling in approval.
Chieko neesan awakened from her miserable state also. She was then aware of his presence and stood up.
Grandfather by then started to walks towards our table, since it was his table as well. We were able to break out the spell from his eyes and managed to move again. Every eye was on him. The reporters were the most observant one of us. They had the guts to.
When I was able to get a better view of the purple material he was holding unto, it was a purple amaryllis. That was quiet shocking since the Japanese meaning of it was shy while the western meaning of it was pride.
While he was about to open his mouth while walking, the reporters opened their cameras and recorders. All attention were on him. I sighed...
"I appreciate each one of you for you for coming for this... unfortunate event. With your important business as such... however, I cannot be patient in enduring your ruckus in my home. Understood?" His voice was cold and accurate. If I wasn't mistaken, I heard that it was unfortunate. It made me have a bad feeling in this what he called, "Unfortunate event".
In a blink of an eye, I noticed a woman beside him when he arrived at our table. I wasn't able to feel her presence a while ago. Actually, some of us hadn't, but some were expecting it. It was shown by the amount of shock on their faces. While the others weren't affected too much and smiled a little.
I think I met her somewhere before. She looked familiar; with her actual care free smile and pleasant looks.
She had long silver hair, that was lighter than Matthew's, tied into one of those Japanese buns. Finished of with a kanzashi hair ornament that is a white kansashi with it. Her earrings consists of diamond encrested earrings. She had purple eyes were beautiful; mixed with different colours that are a match to it. She had also pale skin. Her features were seemed to be foreign, but had a hint of Japanese to it as well. She wasn't that tall though.
