"So (y/n) will you wait in here? We don't want you to be in the way or getting unnecessarily injured, we'll bring you back up when the time is right" Drole explained as he made a small hole in the ground. Nodded (y/n) jumped down "don't forget about me" she said half jokingly "oh no of course we will pffft.....definitely" Gloxinia smirked and rolled his eyes as the opening closed.

After a long wait the ground started shaking most likely because Gloxinia and Drole were testing them but it didn't last long. (y/n) was pulled from the underground spot making Diane and King shocked, (y/n) made an awkward laugh and scratched the back of her head "h-hey long time no see eh?."

"wait (y/n) you're here too!? What's going on here Gloxinia? Are you two trying to mock how weak we are?" King said aggressively "from this moment on we're training you from the ground up, you can thank us later." Gloxinia crossed his legs and just floated casually.

"Huh? What's that supposed to mean?" king asked in confusion "he means just what he said, you three are far too fragile at least for now" Drole said bluntly which left (y/n) kinda hurt. "Bruh then what was all the training I went through for then!" Drole rolled his eyes as Gloxinia spoke up.

Gloxinia ruffed up his hair "Well as Meliodas would say 'there's no time like the present to stop sucking'" this poor Meliodas imitation even made Drole laugh. " hey I haven't heard you laugh like that in ages" Gloxinia boasted as Drole groaned "how careless of me"

"I don't have any idea what you're talking about! To start with, you both are a part of the 10 commandments! You're our enemies!" King yelled in frustration "I can understand how that can be confusing" "however, we're not a part of the demon race. In times past, we fought the demon race, as the king of the giant race, and king of the fairy race. But during that battle, we were forced to make a choice, which led to what you see us now. Though it was the right decision at the time we now decided to follow a different path. " Gloxinia and Drole both spoke and explained how they became how they are now.

(y/n) looked down and started messing with her shoe lace as a lump in her throat formed. "And we would like your help in trying to prove that, whether it was the right choice or were just kidding ourselves. You have our promise, (y/n) can even confirm it if you wish to ask" Gloxinia added as King and Diane looked at her.

Nodding (y/n) spoke up "it's true. The reason why it took so long to get you was so I can participate in this training with the both of you, and I quote 'to kill two birds with one stone' as Gloxinia kindly put it. From what I know we're going through a trail"

"and this trial will definitely lead to immense growth for you. Needless to say the price you pay will be steep. One false move and you'll die but we won't force you, feel free to take your time thinking it over" King and Diane immediately agreed leaving Gloxinia to look at Drole and shrug.

"This is a spell I learned from our other friend. It's all part of the plan" that's the last thing (y/n) heard from Gloxinia as a bright light took over, blinding all three.

(y/n) opened her eyes to a blue sky and birds chirping "huh?" sitting up (y/n) looked at her hands and noticed that she was wearing different clothing. "huh? What are we doing here?" (y/n) heard another voice to see Gloxinia but his persona was different "...King is that you?" looking over at (y/n) King noticed the long hair and ran to a puddle to see his reflection "woh wait!..." King wasn't able to finish his sentence as both he and (y/n) heard a scream.

King instantly flew to where Diane was as (y/n) followed behind "I have four arms now! what 's going on with my body!" Diane cried out "Diane it is you right?" "King, (y/n) is that you?" Diane asked, looking at the two which brought to (y/n)'s attention that she was floating at Diane's eye level "w-wait! How am I flying!?" Spinning around in a panic " how are you a fairy now? What's going on?"

"That's not the only thing either! I don't remember this land scape" King said but before they could try to get their bearings, something dark was heading towards them. The person landed on a boulder next to the three, it was Meliodas "Noway, Meliodas!?" the three said in union. "Yo! You're here early" Meliodas and that big sword of his just casually on his shoulder made (y/n)'s eyes swell up realising what this trial was. (y/n) cleared her throat it was hard to listen in on the conversation between King, Diane, and Meliodas "no you got it all wrong, I'm king and this is Diane! And (y/n)'s here too!" King pointed at her "there's a reason why we look like this, please you gotta believe us!" Diane said desperately as Meliodas scratched his chin.
