Shuichi groaned and rolled his eyes at the other signaling that he was pretty annoyed with him, so shuichi put kokichi back in the basement but instead of making him sit in the chair he untied him but still he was locked in the basement, there was no absolute way he could escape, and shuichi made sure of that.
