-Zoe-

I stare briefly at my computer screen, now upset that I had to attend my college classes remotely instead of in person for my own safety.

I grab my phone that laid face up and screen off, and turned it on to start a new message.

Me: is there a place where we can meet up in private? That's not your house.

The read message instantly comes up after the message is sent, and three dots at the bottom left corner of the screen send me slight waves of anxiety as I waited for a response.

Forest: why not my house? Not cozy enough?

Me: too awkward to be in knowing only one person sleeps in an unnecessarily massive house

Forest: aw, it's not only me that sleeps in there. You could as well you know ;)

Me: and this is why I'm wanting to meet up with you. To discuss boundaries

Forest: are compliments not within the boundaries?

Me: not stupid ones that express your desire to rail me

Forest: ouch.

Forest: at least you're honest

Me: you're just horny

Forest: double ouch

Me: put a bandaid on if you're hurting.

Forest: I might just

Me: anyways, can you meet up at a place that's not your house?

Forest: no, but I can rent out a place if you'd really like.

Me: could you?

Forest: if I had time.

Me: what do you mean 'if you have time'?

Forest: Zo, I'm not a normal person. Please try to remember that

Forest: and I'm getting prepared to shoot a movie. The only time to discuss this is the green room for the late show tomorrow night.

Me: don't remind me about that

Forest: why? Aren't you dying to be on tv?

Me: yeah and be known to the entire world as your arm accessory? No thanks

I scowl, trying not to throw my phone at the thought. I'm much more than what the world is going to see me as.

Forest: you're not my arm accessory. You're too beautiful to be considered that

Me: boundaries please

Forest: just trying to be a gentleman

Me: besides, I don't even know what I'm going to be wearing tomorrow night.

Forest: I'll send Cassie over to you right now then for a dress fitting.

Me: like hell you won't.

Forest: I'm sorry, would you rather go ok that in front of millions in sweats?

Forest: besides, I'm dying to see you with your hair down

Me: oh, so I'm going to be wearing my hair down now?

Forest: I'm not one to tell women what to do because I'm not you, but I would really like to see it
