Brother Bonding Time

A/N: Look at these two- They're so cute together! It's about time I wrote a little chapter for these adorable brothers so I hope you would enjoy Michi and Yoriichi bonding!

There hadn't been much demon attacks for the last couple of days-- which was good, but there was no reason to celebrate just yet. Since you noticed Michikatsu spending less time with his brother and Yoriichi becoming sad about it, you thought of a plan to make the brothers spend time with each other and talk things through.

You knew better than to poke your nose into these kinds of things, but this was Yoriichi and Michikatsu we're talking about. You woke up early to think of what to do while Michikatsu continued to sleep since he slept over after you had dinner with each other. You had to resist brushing a few strands of hair away from his face and watch him sleep because he was adorable-- but that was not your goal for today. 

You decided to make him breakfast and leave a note, so Michikatsu wouldn't terrorize the other demon slayers demanding if they knew where you were on an empty stomach. Once you made breakfast for him, you quietly exited your bedroom to walk to Yoriichi's room to ask if he, his brother, and yourself wanted to go to the hot springs, but what they didn't know was that you were going to ditch them. As harsh as it sounded, you needed to give the two a little push to fix their relationship or, at least, communicate with each other since your lover had a complicated love for his younger brother. 

Just when you were in your train of thoughts, you ended up bumping into someone, shoving your face into their chest before pulling away from them to apologize. "Are you alright? I didn't hurt you, did I?" You looked up to see Yoriichi staring down at you with worry. Luck was on your side when you bumped into the man that you wanted to see and have apart of your plan.

"Oh, I'm fine! Don't worry," You quickly answered, waving your hands around as you smiled to reassure him that he didn't hurt you. "Say, I wanted to ask if you wanted to go to the hot springs with me along with your brother. I know it sounds strange, but we haven't run into many demons lately, so it's a good time to relax, right?" 

You requested, tilting your head to the side innocently while batting your eyelashes graciously as if you didn't have a plan to ditch both brothers at the most unusual place together. Yoriichi thought for a moment as he held his chin with his hand while looking down at you. You were almost thankful that he was oblivious to these kinds of things, so you expected him to agree with you.

"Of course. My brother and I will accompany you. When will we depart?" Before you could answer, from the corner of your eye, saw Michikatsu emerge from your bedroom and look around until your eyes caught his. 

"Oh! We'll leave around this afternoon! I'll be sure to tell your brother as well! Of course, some female demon slayers will accompany me as well, so don't worry." You waved your hand before running away from the Sun Breather, leaving him as confused as a puppy would. "Michi! So good to see you this early in the morning? Did you eat breakfast?" 

You wrapped your arms around his neck as you smiled that he knew too well that you had a plan tucked up in your sleeve. "You did something, didn't you? What did you do?" He asked, raising an eyebrow as if you had committed a crime, and he was waiting for you to confess. You took a small offense to that before slapping his chest with the back of your hand gently before pouting at the Moon Breather childishly. 

"I didn't do anything! I only asked Yoriichi if you and he wanted to accompany me to the hot springs, so I wanted to invite you too! Don't worry, I'll be in another spring, so you don't have to become jealous."
