the dogs of the town have varying jobs and lifestyles, as they are mostly working dogs. there can be some pets but most dogs will have at least some chore they help out with, even if it's keeping mice or burglars away. take creative liberty when creating your characters but keep in mind i want this to be set in the 1600's before lots of modern technology.

ruler of the dogs. the king is the commander of all the town's dogs, but he mostly delegates tasks to the ranks below him. must be some type of sighthound or sighthound mix as they have been the royal family's dogs for generations.
