The True Omega (Taekook)

Part 1

Fast forward to the present, where we see a boy in his room.

His brown eyes looking out his cracked open window as he looks down at all the pups playing in the yard in the open community of the pack.

His natural blue hair flowing just slightly every time a breeze passes through the crack in the window.

"Tae!" he hears his father calling him, "Lunch is ready, come down and eat!"

For the past seventeen years, he can remember living in the same house, with the same room, only rearranging to fit his age and growth.

Now, don't get him wrong, he's very happy with his life, there's just on small issue.

He's been living in this house for the past seventeen years, but... he's eighteen years old.

So where was he in that year before he was in this house? Well, he's been wondering the same thing, because all he knows is that he was left on the front porch of this house when he was just eleven months old, but that never stopped him from loving the couple that took him in as if they were his real parents.

"Coming dad!" he closed the window and went downstairs to the kitchen table and sat down, ready to dig into his sandwich. "What type of sandwiches today?"

"Well, if you saw from upstairs, the pups are full of energy and they requested simple ham and cheese, so I granted their wishes and made you some as well." His dad, Jin, replied.

"Thanks dad, where's papa?"

"Still with the alpha honey, but don't worry, he should be home soon." His other father, Namjoon, is a beta, and close friends with the alpha, so it would only make sense that he would be the head warrior and right-hand man to the leader.

Jin is an omega, he spends a lot of time with the other omega's in taking care of the pups. Tae secretly loves when the pups come over, he always liked to help take care of them.

All the sudden, he received a text from one of his friends, Jungkook.

jUsTiNsEaGuLL: hey, up for a run by the ravine? 

sure, come over in five :GucCibOi

"Dad, Kook and I are going for a run." Tae then told Jin after finishing the rest of his sandwich.

"Okay, you boys be safe, and come back before sundown."

"We will, love you dad."

He quickly put his plate in the sink and went back upstairs to get ready.

He changed and put on a simple T-shirt with some sweatpants, along with some sandals. He grabbed his phone, went back downstairs and out the door.

As he was closing the door, he turned around and saw Kook running towards him.

Jungkook was an alpha, so he was pretty tall, muscular but not too muscular, had short raven hair and was always energetic.

When he got close, Tae had to look up to see him. "Hey shorty," Kook said as he ruffled Tae's hair. Tae pouted as he tried to fix it.

"I got a text from Yoongi, he said he'll meet us at the entrance to the forest with Jimin and Hobi."

Ah yes, Jungkook, Yoongi, and Hobi: the three dumbasses, as Tae and Jimin like to call them. When the five of them are together, it's always one of the other three that comes up with some stupid idea that the rest get dragged along to go with.

It's funny really, they're all eighteen with Yoongi being the oldest, turning nineteen in a few months, yet they all act less mature than the pups. Although, no one's complaining, they're still young at heart, and one of the reasons that the pack is so lively.

Yoongi and Hobi are both betas, and Jimin is an omega. In fact, all three are mates. Crazy honestly.

Mates... the word itself can cause shivers.

Another thing that humans are missing, is the feeling of mates, having a mate bond for life, one stronger than marriage. It's an amazing feeling really, the moon goddess created it because, deep down, she knew that the love she once had wasn't true, and she didn't want any of her creations to experience that pain.

So, she created destined mates, almost like soulmates. The average wolf will find their mate around the age of eighteen.

That's what happened to Yoongi and Hobi. Yoongi was already eighteen, but he didn't want to force his mate into a relationship when he was only seventeen. So, he waited, when the time came for Hobi to turn eighteen, he saw him. No, not just a glance, he spotted him, and it was almost like there was this...pull... Leading him towards Yoongi.

He saw this whole new aura around him. Even though they were only friends before, they felt a whole new connection, yet they still felt something missing...

A couple months later, Jimin joined the pack. He was kicked out of his own when the alpha found out he was an omega, he managed to survive about a year, coming to look for shelter and he stumbled upon this territory. The alpha welcomed him with open arms and asked Hobi to show him around.

When they met, they both felt the same pull.

Hobi was confused at first because he thought he already had a mate. So why feel the same towards someone else? He kept questioning himself until he met up with Yoongi, now to save drama and authors' fingers from breaking because this is a lot of writing at 2am, Hobi told Yoongi how he felt and they met up with Jimin. When all three of them met up, they all felt the pull. It was like the happiest moment of their lives. They finally felt fully complete. The story goes on from there. 

Anyways, there are some wolves in the pack mate-less, it's not uncommon.

One's mate could be in a different place, like in another country or some shit, or many other different reasons that mates don't find each other right away.

Tae and Jungkook are both still mate-less. The only difference is, Tae is a special case, only the moon goddess knows his fate. One could say it's quite an adventure...
