Attack of the dead men part 2

I stood atop a ridge and observed the town it was a regular old British village.But it had been turned into a military base but still had civilians walking about which confused the hell out of me. I turned and looked at the tanks and walk over to sgt.max and told him to set up on the hill and fire a  shot at the comms tower on my mark. Him and 10 tanks got in position and I said MARK he fired. The shell wizzed through the air and impacted the com tower over them. Immediately the civilians ran into the house's and the soldiers took cover. I stood next to sgt.max's tank and said drop the heat but don't hit the house's "roger" he said and relayed the order and all ten tanks opens fire on the soldiers. It was difficult to hit anyone without hitting a house so I ordered them to move forward and use the co-ax guns so they moved forward. As they moved I told 10 APC (which hold 20 infantry) to move up by the tanks and dismount. I hopped into the commander seat of my tiger II and told the driver to move forward. As I got in I ordered all units forward as a show of force. We rolled across the field and stopped 40 meters away. I got a megaphone and said throw down your weapons or you will be shot. I heard a yell back "never you no fur bastard"from a random grunt. Ok then you will die READY. AIM.FIR... "WAIT" I saw one of them get up and put their arms in the air "WE SURRENDER" I told the infantry to move up and restrain them. I moved forward with them in my king tiger and stopped 4 meters from them and said any who fight back will be shot and who are disrespectful won't be treated respectfully. As they were arrested I ordered the rest of the infantry to pick up and bury the dead. I looked at them and asked who is in charge here...
