Naive *Ongoing*

I woke up expecting to feel pains from sleeping on the hard floor but surprisingly I felt the softness of the bed underneath me and as expected he wasn't beside me , a part of me wanted to feel his warmth and be wrapped in his arms again...I quickly shook off the thoughts of him and got on with my morning body routine.

I made my way downstairs , while a heard Devon argue with a familiar voice....I couldn't clearly understand what they were saying.... I was just bad with languages but they're tone and facial expressions suggested they were mad and by they I meant Devon who for some reason angrily walked past me leaving me with a sad looking aunt Marilyn.

"Aunt Marilyn.... Are you okay?" I asked reaching for her arm

" I'm great dear just your HUSBAND overreacting because....i am seeing someone"she said with a smile that had sadness written all over it .

"That's awesome" I cheered

"You think so" her whole countenance lighting up.

"Yeah"

"But.... I don't kno-"

"Where's all your lecture about living your gone and don't worry about Devon I'll talk to him" I said cutting her off.

"I knew there was something going on between you to....but right now I've got to meet up with Henry we'll talk about that over FaceTime " she said with her signature smirk before placing a kiss on my temple.

"You've also got to tell me about Henry you speak" i said in a fake accent

"Silly child and before I forget to tell you Devontae made breakfast and got tiny burns on his arm ....poor thing and sorry for ruining your perfect romantic breakfast"she said as she made her way to the door, for some reason i felt light to tingling in my chest.

"Bye chocolate drop".

"Bye love you"

"Love you too"

I sat quietly try to process everything as I listened to sound Aunt Marilyn fading footsteps..

I know this chapter is a short and a little....ish and boring but I promise to make it up to you guys and yes.....I'm back and there's no going back and yeah I did miss you guys....
