A World Full of Pain, A Heart Full of Love

His Beginning: Part 4

The fox erupts in laughter. His booming laugh echos off of the tall walls in the sewer.

Naruto jumps when he hears the shrieks of the fox.

'Did I say somting funny?', Naruto thinks.

When the fox finally calms himself, he glances down towards the front of the cage, seeing Naruto with a bewildered look on his face.

'So...as I was saying before when the child of a jinchuriki is close to birth, the seal to keep the beast inside the human will weaken. When Kushina was a few months from giving birth, Minato prepared a safe house for Kushina. Since Minato was Hokage and Kushina was his wife, they had to make sure that no one knew about Kushina being pregnant. Naruto, are you paying attention?'

Naruto looked up at the fox 'Yes...my neck just huwrt because I was trwying to see your face.'

The fox sighed 'Just scoot back some and you would have to crane your neck.'

'Even though Minato  made sure no one knew about the child, someone still managed to find out about the secret place that Kushina would give birth.'

'Mr. Fox' paused as he heard Naruto shift.

'You good?'

'Mhm!', Naruto replied attentively.

'Aight so, the person found out where Kushina was resting, and hid. Once Kushina and Minato's child was born and the seal was at its weakest point, the person revealed himself and stole the child. This person claims to be Madara Uchiha. Do you know who that is, kid?'

'No...', Naruto tilted his head to the side. He had never heard that name before.

'Madara Uchiha was a friend of the first Hokage, Hashirama Senju. Long story short, Madara did not like how soft Hashirama was. He ended his friendship with Hashirama. He went cynical after his brother, Izuna, was killed by Hashirama's brother, Tobirama.'

The fox took a pause to see if Naruto needed to have anything explained in a simpler fashion. 

'Of course, he does,' the overgrown fox thought, 'He's only four.'

When the fox looked down, he was quite perplexed himself. Our dear Naruto was not confused, he, in fact, understood everything that was explained to him.

After he had gotten over his shock, the fox continued with the story. 

'Aight, back to the attack. So when Madara revealed himself, he took Minato's child hostage and said that if Minato restored the seal for the Nine-Tailed Fox, then he would kill the kid. Minato managed to save his child, but when he left to take the kid to a safer place, Madara extracted the fox from Kushina.'
