I smirked to myself. maybe this could be good for me.
new start, new me.
well I am 18.
I'm a legal adult.
I decided to text andrea back and tell her that I'm going.
to andrea:
... I've decided that I'm gonna go. what time does it start?
"I have nothing to wear" I groaned to myself.
wait. I do have that pageant dress that andrea gave to me a few years back.
I'm the same size then and it didn't really fit me correctly, so hopefully it does this time.
I went to go get it out of my closet.

it's so pretty.
it's a blue dress with lace at the bottom. It absolutely perfect.
I heard my phone ring so I went over to answer it. it was andrea.
A: hey
S: hey. about that party...
A: I'll come over. I know you'll need help
S: okay see you when you get here. oh and bring some extra heals for me please.
she laughed.
A: okay bye
then I hung up.
I walked over to my mirror and looked at myself for a little while.
"new age. new beginning. new start." i whispered to myself.
"ding" the doorbell rang.
here goes nothing...
