"lets go. I don't wanna be too late" calum called to me
"yeah I'm coming" I told him as I was walking around the couch.
we got in the car and started the drive to the party.
I brought my headphones because if I'm not gonna be drinking or anything I have to have something.
"you know you don't have to drink to have a good time" calum said to me as we were stopped at a red light.
"yeah" I told him
I know I've been out of control for the last few months, but hey. I'm trying.
we finally arrived at the party.
it was the usual, drunks wobbling around the front yard and music blasting.
me and calum walked in together and sat down at a bar.
"let's got sit over th-" I stopped him
"I think I can handle myself. now, you go out there and have some fun. I'm gonna stay here." I told him
he nodded and walked off.
I turned to my left and saw a guy pouring something into a girls drink. before I could say and thing he was gone.
"hey I wouldn't drink that. someone spiked if." I told her
"oh thanks" she smiled
"no problem." I told her.
she was pretty. not hailey pretty, but damn near close too it.
hailey was my...ex? I don't know how to put my-girlfriend-passed-away-so-I-don't-know-if-I'm-single-or-not . like who's ever had that problem ? honestly. 104 days without my sunshine is killing me, physically and mentally. I might as well be dead. hell I look dead . I'm all pale and shit and its summer. like what the hell.
"I never got your name." I asked her
"sam." she smiled
"nice to meet you Sam. I'm luke." I 1/2 smiled.
"oh I know who you are" she smirked
