Changing my innocence

Chapter 3

I get out of the car and check how I look in the reflection of the window, I had on a tight royal blue cowl neck dress just like Kayla except I put on a grey un-zipped hoodie just because I was to embarrassed to take it off no matter how many times Kayla said I looked good.

"You sure you wanna go to a party?"Kayla asked.
"Yeah, totally", I say giving her a sharp smile.

"Ok, Hazzy this is your year of change got it", I gave her a puzzled look clearly confused at what she's trying to say.
"What?" I ask lifting a brow.
"Changing your innocence Hazzy, that'ts what we're gonna do", she said giving me a sly smirk.

"This is gonna be fun" I yell over the music as Kayla hooks her arm on to mine and we walk into the large house.

"Why is the music so loud?!?" I ask trying to scream over the loud bass.

"Because it's a party!" Kayla says grabbing a drink from the table.

"Can I have one?" I ask smiling wide and Kayla looks at me with hesitation.

"I don't know Hazzy you've never drank alcohol before!"she says taking a sip while I scrunched my nose is disagreement.

"It's fine right everyone has there first?"
I say giving her the puppy eyes.

"Fine". Finally she handed me a cup of who knows what and before I could drink it we started walking.
"Where we going?" I ask still trying to get a sip from my drink as we push through all the sweaty dancers.

"Where gonna go find my boyfriend and the other guys!"she says as we approach a quieter room, but the music is only so soft you could hear the people talk to you.

I look up and see a couple, or at least I think, hitting it up in the corner. I honestly couldn't believe what I was seeing. That's when I felt a hand cover my eyes.

"Ahhh fight me bitch!" I scream out of fear while trying to act all tough, at least I thought I was, And I finally calm down was I hear who it is.

"Chill sweetheart thats just not for your eyes", I hear masons voice from behind me. I turn around to see Kayla, Jonah, mason, and Luke standing behind me laughing, well all except Luke. He's just smiling, but not like that's my concern.

Oh yeah, I remember

"I haven't tried this drink yet", I spoke out to soft for anyone to hear.

I slowly took a gulp of the strange liquid and felt it burn down my throat. And let me tell you this.

I did not like it one bit.

I sprinted to the trash can and threw it all up, including the lunch I ate. I felt someone hold my hair back and when I stopped I turn to look, and it turns out it was Luke, but I was to busy puking to care.

"Shit Kayla! Did you give her the vodka whiskey mix they had up front!" He said while he gave me a pat on the back not really knowing what to do. Then I realized he's just being INSANELY considerate, I mean who else would hold your hair back while you puke?

"Yeah, I thought she could handle it!"

"She's never even smelt alcohol and you think she could take vodka let alone mix of whisky!" He zipped up my hoodie and Kayla handed him a hair tie, he then tied my dark, wavy hair back into a low bun and gave me some water that he got from the table.

"How'd you learn how to tie a bun?" I ask while I turn to face him. Only to realize we we're inches apart and let me tell you he was really close, but I mean I'm not complaining. He was wearing a tight black t-shirt along with adidas sweatpants which definitely shows how defined he is, but instead of standing there like an idiot I moved over away from the trash can so that I could add some distance and so that he doesn't smell my breath. Then it hit me, the person standing in front was Luke! Man today's a crazy day. First I find out my parents are cheaters that couldn't care less and now Luke's helping me! Honestly I guess he's not that bad.

I lose my train of thought once I hear him reply, "I have sisters", he says with that same 'I don't give a fuck face' while Kayla pulls me pack to her and we start dancing and I just look like an elephant on stilts.

"You okay Hazzy, sorry" she apologizes but I quickly tell her I'm fine and that we should dance. I look over to see mason getting it on with some blond and Jonah refusing tons of offers to dance by simply cursing at a few girls and saying he's taken.

Finally after a while of sweating and jumping on the dance floor, I decide to sit down and let Kayla dance with Jonah. She insisted it was alright but I could tell Jonah hated just standing against the wall. Although this was new to me it kinda felt really good to finally get out.

I sit down at a table and three guys come up to me. And before anyone says anything I gotta say I am pretty innocent, and I couldn't really pay attention in any of the health classes because Kayla is always talking her ass of so. Cliché, I know right.

"Hey there hottie, you've got on fine ass", one of two guys says.

"Um, what?" I say confused, not because I don't know what that means but because I was wearing a hoodie that covered my so called 'fine ass' but I guess he could still see.

"Wanna dance?" The other one says.
"No thanks I just finished actually", I say politely while trying to get up.

"Where you going babe, c'mon let's just go to one of the guest rooms" he says grabbing my wrist. And I roll my eyes, typical. I heard this always happens, sadly, but it's never happened to me so I wasn't very sure what to do.

I quickly think about it and then my instincts come in and I find myself kicking him in the nuts, the other guys to busy laughing while I run away from those pervs.

I look around not finding anyone I know, then I see Luke and he's on his phone. I roll my eyes, I mean I haven't known him for long but I gotta say he's on his phone a lot.

I run over to him while the other guy catches up to me and grabs me by the waist.

"Get the fuck away!" I scream trying to get loose from his hold while I try to get to Luke.
He starts kissing my neck and I struggle to get loose from his hold and then finally I feel a tug on my wrist and I'm free.

"She asked you to remove your hands", I look over to see Luke right next to me and the look back at the guy as he removes his hand from my wrist.

"So? What is she your girlfriend or something, she was all alone asshole". He says to Luke.

"That gives you no right to touch someone." Luke says sternly while I just stand there shocked at the fact that he's helping me.

Again

"Whatever man, she wanted to dance with me anyways but your clearly an over protective mother fucker!" He says flicking off Luke.

"Well shit, your the mother fucker I wouldn't want anyone as nasty as you to be rubbing up onto me!" I said with a small shiver. I feel a large hand on my wrist and look to see Luke pulling me out of the room.

Soon I find my self outside, alone, with Luke.

Like this day could get any worse.
