Tik Tok Tik Tok
Was Jungkook listening to the bastard in front of him give an inspirational and motivational speech? Frankly, Patricia, no he wasn't. He was however, thinking about other things. Things out of his reach, like freedom and of course, accepting parents.
You see, Jungkook had recently come out to his Catholic parents. Pretty risky some would say, but the poor boy did it because he was tired of bottling it all up, and of course, his parents were forever trying to get him and his father's friend's daughter to spend time together, since they wanted an arranged marriage for them both. It fucked him up. His parents threw a hissy, petty fit when he confided in them, his mother refusing to believe it all. His father kept a flat face and simply replied with a sweet 'no'. Jungkook regretted it all. He was better off in the closet.
The next few weeks went in a blur. His parents acted like it didn't happen, dragging him to church every Sunday as usual and waking him up for his morning prayers. It was absurd, his parents were ape shit and he was now sure of it.
And now, here he was sitting in the principal's office of a Catholic Boarding School. A stubby little man with a voice too big for his body was raving on about how God has a cure for everybody. It was amusing for Jungkook if anything. He wanted to burst into tears but had no energy nor fucks left to do that.
"God has a cure for everyone, it is never too late to go on the right path. You are not homosexual Mr. Jeon, you are just under the influence of Satan." He smiled like he had just solved world hunger while Jungkook's mother wiped away some tears, which he wasn't completely sure were caused by disappointment or the shitty speech the man had given. His dad had left a few minutes prior. His luggage had been escorted to his room, and he watched in mild panic mixed with relief as his mother thanked Mr Hoyon for everything. I mean, he would be away from his home, but staying in a BOYS boarding school 24/7 would increase his gayness, if that was even possible. He felt like he was on the peak of gayness, there was no going back for him.
"We promise you Mrs. Janmi, that Jungkook will go home as a different man this summer." He chuckled like the little bitch he was after this and shook hands with his mother.
"God be with you till we meet again."
"You too."
And then she was gone, along with the pleasant smile on Mr Hoyon's face.
"You. In my office tommorow at 7am sharp. Another boy has the same condition as you. We'll talk after the morning prayers."
...he was one son of a bitch you could say.
