~Chilled's POV~

"Damn it Chilled, can't you stay still for more than a second?" Ze complains, picking me up and holding me up, his eyes staring right into the dark eyes of my plushy form. He sighs and carries me over to the blue couch he keeps in his living room and sits me down carefully as if I'm a child rather than an inanimate object. Come to think of it, if anyone else saw Ze doing this with a doll they'd probably think he's extremely childish and cares for a doll like a little girl would. I'm well aware with how girly Ze can already be sometimes but it's fun to make fun of him. Ze stares directly into my lifeless eyes before signing and standing up, glancing around, lost at what to do.

"Chilled... I told you so. I told you you'd get sick and get in trouble. God damn it," Ze complains while I completely ignore him. It's not like he's wrong, he was right. I'm aware of that. I just don't give a fuck. It's not like he's my mother anyways, I can see whoever I want to. Ze paces around a bit before wetting my forehead a bit and placing me by the window since he knows I'd be bored inside by myself. I watch out the window as Ze walks outside and glances back towards me at his window before waving and leaving, getting a few weirded out expressions by the people in my direction. The people even glance at me and most likely think he's mental now, waving goodbye to his plushy. The small amount of cold water he soaked my forehead with doesn't work at all but I guess it's nice of him to try at least despite me explaining to him nothing he does help. If I were in his position I'd be confused as to what to do as well though so I can understand his small gestures. When I heard Ze's voice in my own house I was so relieved he had come for me or I'd be stuck in my house hiding from Adam for weeks.

I want to see Adam. Somehow I feel as if I had left him on a bad note despite not knowing anything I did that made him upset. The expression on his face seemed... unsettling. As if he needed me desperately to stay there just a little while longer but I panicked and quickly fled with Ze. Of course I fled, I couldn't stay there a minute longer without transforming again against my own will and I can't exactly blow off Ze or he'll get mad and not help me when I desperately need it. The moment I left the house with Ze I transformed, freaking out Ze and the small girl who had been walking home from school that day but she pinky promised Ze to keep it a secret and happily trotted off. I even recognized the girl as the one I had given the broken doll too. Somehow she seems to get the luckiest moments involving me. Having transformed the moment I left just proved I couldn't spend another moment with Adam and yet there's a guilt hurting my chest right now. I really want to see him, especially considering the night we had right before the entire sick mess happened. We haven't become anything when I want to. Does he though?

Without warning my body becomes flaming and my limbs expand into a human form making me wince with the intense heat I feel in my human form. It's as if the heat builds up while in doll form only to all release all at once the moment I turn to a form in which the heat can release. I hold my hand at my forehead, noticing the water on my forehead Ze had out there. So I guess it technically does help only when I turn to the human form. I climb off the perch by the window and immediately stumble, catching myself by grabbing the edge of the couch and hold my palm at my forehead in pain. I fucking hate being sick. I begin to very slowly and extremely cautiously take each step towards the kitchen and drink up the medicine Ze left for me at the counter and wash my face at the sink. As I wipe it off with a towel I feel my stomach retch again and I quickly retreat to the window, the empty street abandoned now that everybody is at work, nobody witnessing as a grown man shrinks down to a plushy. The abrupt and painful transformations rapidly alternating while I'm sick is the worst part of this stupid curse. One woman walks down the street outside, in a hurry it seems holding her bag close to her as she hurries down the street. Other than the very brief spotting not a single person entertains me outside, the boring street still proving to be as boring and empty as always. I've told Ze he lives in a boring ass neighborhood but he's never admitted it as much as it's true.
