Synopsis: Horrifying films and a horrifying production nightmare. Which is more frightening?

NOTE: I only recently rediscovered this piece i wrote, and i thought it was a suiting way to end this collection. The title is an unofficial one, i did not have one in the document.

'Twas a long time ago, longer now than it seems, in a place that perhaps you've seen in your dreams.

Came from the TV as Jessica Harry and Madison began watching The Nightmare Before Christmas.

For the story that is about to be told, took place in the holiday worlds of-

But before the narrator could finish his monologue, Jessica had changed the channel.

"You'll never catch me HE-man!"

Skeletor cackled as he disappeared on the TV.

Maddie turned to Jessica, who sat two seats over from her, Harry being in the middle.

"Jessica, we were watching that."

Jessica, without turning to face her, "I don't like horror movies."

Harry's face became discomforted, he turned to Jessica, "WHAT do you mean you don't like horror movies!"

Jessica: "I MEAN, I don't like horror movies, they are all so stupid! I mean they all end the same way and-"

Jessica continued to rant, while Harry and Madison groaned, then suddenly Maddie noticed something behind Jessica. Rising in back of her was a disfigured person, who resembled the Antagonist from the horror movie A Nightmare on Elm Street, only the thing that was slowly rising in back of Jessica, it's face was dull. Not red, but a dried up color, it looked more like a mummy, but it moved faster and more fluid than one. It had a knife in one hand, it's other hand was across it's chest, more like a Vampire in it's coffin.

The thing, stopped its fluid motion, which had appeared to be rising as if it had been on a platform, it stopped, Harry didn't notice for he had turned back to the TV to attempt to get into watching HE-man.

"Jessica, there is something behind you."

Jessica laughed, "You are such a cunt Maddie did you know that? FIRST trying to scare me with a horror movie, AND NOW, you are trying to tell me that something is-"

But before she could finish, the mummy like thing behind her's mouth opened wide, reeling up behind her, as if it were a giant worm and it's mouth came down on Jessica and enveloped her body. There was a sucking noise and the bottom part of Jessica that wasn't yet in the thing's mouth, suddenly became the same texture as that of the mummy thing. Harry and Maddie screamed, "RUUNNN!!"

Harrison's movie played in the private viewing room of the studio building he worked at. As the film progressed, he wasn't paying so much attention to, it as he was to the two people, who were seeing it and judging it for the first time.

Irina and Mort sat watching the movie, their facial expression not changing once, Harrison grew uncomfortable because of this, especially when the creature in his film had begun eating the character Jessica. Even at the film's climax, neither Mort nor Irina's face's shifted even once. Upon the conclusion of the movie the lights in the small private viewing room came up, Harrison was practically jumping out of his skin to hear what Mort and Irina had to say about his film. They were the ones who were going to decide if it was going to see the light of day or not.
