Jasmines pov...

I couldnt wait to go to the zoo with Brent, but I couldnt wait even more to tell him about Josh. He'll be so happy for me! I got Josh out of the house and told him i'd text him later. I ran straight for the shower and got dressed throwing on a short pair of pink shorts and a black tank top. I let my too bright red hair fall on my shoulders and ran for the door.

"Hey, you didnt even give me a chance to knock!" he laughed as i flew out the door and fell right on top of him.

"OMG im so sorry!" i said as i stood up and pulled him with me " sorry im just super exited to go with you today!" i said with a huge smile on my face.

"Well make that two of us, i called off work just to spend the day with my favorite girl!" he smiled at the ground and when he looked at me i saw something i never saw before in his eyes.

He flipped his perfect brown hair out of his eyes and turned heading for the car. "Where do you want to eat today beautiful?" 

I walked over and climbed in the open door "hmmm...." i thought out loud naming all the places i could think of. "What about Pizza?" 

"Pizza Hut it is." he smiled then started the car.

"So how was your pizza?" he asked as i finished the last bite of my cheesy pizza.

"Great!" i finished my drink and pulled out my wallet.

"Oh no. I got this Jasmine, i am the guy, and i believe that entitles me to pay." he giggled and went to the register with our slip.

i ran out and got into his car waiting for him, i wanted to go to the zoo and see the animals, i hadnt been there in forever.

we drove down the road singing out loud to whatever song came on the radio wether we knew the words or not. i was just happy to be with my best friend.

brents pov

we drove down the road singing out loud to whatever song came on the radio wether we knew the words or not. i was so happy that i called off work today because i didnt want to be anywhere without her, because no where else felt so right as this moment.

we pulled into the zoo and she jumped out of the car like a small child on the way to an icecream shoppe. she grabbed my hand i felt a small jolt go through my body and went away as soon as she pulled me towards the gates.

"COME ON BRENT!" she squealled running for the pass. i paid our fees and she took off again, thus entailing me to take off after her. 

"Jasmine slow down we have all day!" i hollard after her until she finally stopped at the tiger exhibit.

i came up and stood beside her as she looked with awh at the orange and black striped tigers, she was so beautiful.

i layed my hand on hers and i saw a bit of pink flush in her cheeks. this was it, this was the day i was getting out of the friend zone, i love her and she would see that very soon.

she looked over at me and i got lost in her beauty. "Thank you Brent i really needed this today." her smile made even the tigers fall in love with her. 

"Jasmine, can i tell you something?" i looked at her with curious eyes waiting for an answer.

"Duh Brent I am your best friend, you can tell me anything." she said and i smilled.

I just looked into her pretty eyes and smiled. i slowly bent down and kissed her.....
