«this chapter might be short, but it is full of fluff»

<Saturday, 08:00>

ochako and izuku were now seem roaming around the busy city, enjoying the scenery and stopping by stores

izuku had wanted to celebrate ochako taking second place on the sports festival

the two were happily chatting when izuku suddenly gasped

"ura look! look! an arcade! let's go!"

izuku squealed as he practically dragged ochako inside like a kid dragging their parent to buy candy

izuku dragged ochako to a shooting game that was vacant and smiled at her smugly

"bet i'll have a higher score than you"

"oh, it's on"

ochako said, she never backed out of a challenge, even if odds were against her

she fought with izuku for four rounds, the two managing to earn a tie

next they went to a basketball game, the two racking up points with izuku earning victory

the both of them earned a ton of tickets after doing multiple games, izuku then went to the counter and used his earned tickets to get something he knew ochako would want

he walked up to her, the prize in his hand and a warm smile embedded on his face

his heart began to melt as he saw the sparkles in her eyes when she saw what izuku was holding

it was a light green bear, with black eyes and a black bow tie to match, he saw ochako eyeing it earlier so he decided to grab it

ochako received the gift cheerfully and quickly hugged it, her cheeks meshing in with the fluffy animal

they both laughed and exited the store, their stomachs growling from all the activities they did

"i know this restaurant a few blocks away, wanna go there?"

izuku asked, though he didn't expect ochako's face to form a sour look at the idea

"nah, that place is too expensive, i have a better idea"

ochako said, as she quickly dragged izuku to a busy street which was filled with streamers, vendors, carts, and food

all sorts of street food along with deserts and drinks, ramen shops and many more.

the scent of the dishes mixing in the air making both of their mouths water in complete longing

they first went up to a stall that sold katsudon, ochako giggled at the sight of izuku gobbling up the entire dish in a matter of minutes

after that they went to buy some tokoyaki and ikayaki from a stall near by

the scent of the food dragged their bodies closer and they quickly took a few, which they payed for of course

after which they just spent the next few hours circling around the busy street trying out food from time to time

in the end they were both satisfied of what they did the whole day and happily trudged to the next and final location

the beach.

they silently sat there as they watched the sunset together, the beautiful pink, orange and yellow hues reflecting on the oceans calm surface

it was peaceful.

ochako wished that they could stay like this forever, she wished she didn't always have to worry about the league, about school or about hero work

beside her, izuku wished the same, sure it was great helping out other people, but it was days like this that he just wished to be normal

they both wished for normal and peaceful lives, but they knew deep, deep down that it would never happen

they've already made their choice, they've already chosen their paths, there was no turning back now

izuku sighed as the day completely darkened, and the stars began to shine brighter

they stayed in comfortable silence, just watching the stars and the moon

izuku's phone went off signaling the start o his vigilante work, he took out his phone and turned it off

just this once he wanted to forget about all of this and have fun, to just unwind for a bit

standing up, he bent down and locked eyes with ochako, offering his hand towards the confused girl

"care to have a dance?"

izuku smiled at her, ochako took his hand and walked near the shore smiling

the two twirled around, dancing merrily without a care in the world and forgetting all their worries

they danced under the moon's light merrily, their feet twirling around the sand along the nonexistent melody

their silent fits of laughter becoming a calming melody for the two as they continued to dance

the moonlight adding a certain shine towards the smiles plastered on there faces, their eyes shone pure bliss

just for tonight they would forget their worries

just for tonight they would abandon their responsibilities

and maybe, just maybe

a beautiful and pure love had blossomed between the two

all that had happened during a beautiful beach under a shimmering full moon and glistening stars.
