Daniel's POV
She left my apartment after thanking me again. All these thoughts were running through my head. My mind was consumed with all these unanswered questions.
~few days later~
I have been really busy these past few days. The days were filled with meetings, studio sessions and interviews. I only got home to sleep, which I barely did.
The noises didn't stop. I have some suspicions what it could be. But I didn't want to intrude her privacy. I already told her that she can tell me everything and that I am always here for her.
It is up to her if she is ready to open up. If she is ready to slowly break down that wall, that she built around her.
I am willing to help her, but she has to put effort in it too.
If I'm being honest she never really left my thoughts. She is always in my head. During meetings, during interviews, when I am writing a song, when I am recording a song. She never left.
~~~~~
We just finished recording a new song in the studio, and we were send home. While driving back to my apartment, my thoughts wandered back to her again.
How could she have this effect on me, after such a short time?
I parked my car and walked inside the apartment building, towards the elevator. The doors opened and there she was. Standing there in only a big t-shirt, tears in her eyes, ready to fall down her face.
Those eyes, those memorable eyes, where you could get lost in forever. But they were filled with tears, making me frown.
I opened my arms and she ran into them. Now allowing her tears to fall down her. beautiful face. She was sobbing into my chest and I held her tight, not wanting to let her go.
She calmed down a bit, but she stayed in my arms and didn't pull away from my arms.
Then I got an idea, an idea to make her smile again. Because that is the best thing, to see her smile, that beautiful smile.
"Come with me." I said with a smile, grabbing her hand and pulling her with me.
I pulled her towards the elevator and pushed on the button, so we would go to the level we needed to be.
"Where are we going?" She curiously asked while looking up at me and letting out a cute chuckle.
"You will see." A grin grew on my face.
The elevator stopped and I walked outside, pulling her with me.
"Daniel, what are we doing on the roof? Is this even allowed?"
"Just watch" I said while looking down at her, grabbing her hand again and lead her towards the edge.
I sat down and she sat down next to me.
"Omg the view is absolutely amazing." She said amazed, the excitement being heard in her voice.
"Yeah it is." I said while looking at her, studying her beautiful features. Her eyes sparkled and you could see the reflection of the city lights in them. She is absolutely stunning.
I looked back at the view. LA looked amazing. It was dark and all the lights were on, which gave a beautiful effect.
She laid her head on my shoulder, just admiring the view. But I couldn't help it but keep staring at her.
I laid my head on her head and we just sat there in a comfortable silence, admiring the view.
