Chapter 11

Niall's POV:

I walked in my 3rd period class; Biology. I kept my chin up and walked to my assigned seat by Louis and Harry.

I sat down and took out a notebook and pen to take today's notes. I noticed that Louis and Harry looked at each other and both made an 'I don't know' expression.

''Class! Today we will be learning about viruses and how they attack the whole body system!'' Mr.Lawrence exclaimed as he grabbed a textbook from his desk and opened it.

I sighed. I'm not in the mood for school anymore. I give up. I didn't even try, but I give up.

I layed my head on the desk and quickly let my thoughts take flight. I closed my eyes and began to slowly loose conciousness.

Suddenly I felt a tap on my left shoulder. ''U-Uh... Niall?'' I heard a voice calling to me.

I rapidly lifted my head up to see who was talking to me. ''Yeah?'' I responded.

I noticed that it was actually Louis who was trying to reach out to me.

I flinched. Why was he even talking to me? I have nothing to discuss with this guy...

''What d'ya want?'' I asked bluntly.

Louis looked down and then up again. He was embarrassed. ''Listen, Niall... I don't normally say these kind of things but... I-I'm sorry about what happened yesterday alright?'' He said as he crossed his arms and looked away from me. He always lets his pride get the best of him.

Louis quickly glanced back at me again. ''I was in a bad place, okay? I had a lot going on. I was rude I admit it!'' Louis said with his hands up in defeat. ''I-I just want to get to know you, y'know? Like as a friend... I know you might hate me right no-'' I cut Louis off before he embarrassed himself.

I chuckled ''Louis, don't worry about it, man. It's alright!'' I said as I patted his back. ''All that matter is that you're sorry and I'm glad you learned from your mistakes.''

Louis chuckled too. ''Thanks, man.''. Harry placed his hand on Louis' shoulder and gave him a reasurring smile.

Mr. Lawrence called us out. ''Hey! You three on the back! Keep it quiet or I will separate you... And Mr. Tomlinson... Do yourself a favor and take some notes, unless you want to fail this class... Again'' He put Louis on the spot.

Louis snorted. ''I have no problem with that. You'll only have to deal with me again, Mr. Lawrence. And last time I checked you're the one who needs to take note on how to actually teach, because 90% of your class is failing. Oh and believe me... Students talk about you... And for God's sake, students are cruel. Now why don't you go back to 'teaching' your lesson?'' Louis said with a sneer.

The whole class burst out in laughter. Mr. Lawrence gazed at Louis with the upmost hatred.

''You are ridiculous, Mr. Tomlinson.'' He said with his voice filled with anger.

Louis chuckled. ''Learned it from the best teacher.'' He said, point at Mr. Lawrence. The whole class burst out in laughter again.

Mr. Lawrence threw his textbook to the gorund and walked out of the classroom. Slamming the door shut.

There was a very awkward silence in the room, but after a minute everyone began conversating.

Harry and me started to laugh.

I put my arm over Louis' shoulder. ''You've always been the sassy one in the band, Louis.'' The words carelessly slipped from my mouth. SHIT! I quickly covered my mouth, hoping they didn't hear.
