"Nigga where the fuck you been at?" Sleezy asked me.

"My mother kicked me out cause she said I wasn't doing shit." I told him and his eyes went wide.

"Nigga so where the fuck you staying at?" He asked.

I looked around. "Anywhere. Butter let me stay wit him for a while but that shit ain't work. His baby momma ain't like me there."

"so what about school?" He asked.

"I can't go, I dropped out. It was my last year. I ain't have no way to get there and the bus ain't come to my house and I was just waking. I ain't even pay attention to that shit." I told him.

I didn't expect nobody to feel bad for me cause my decisions led me here but what else was I supposed to do?

Once I was in, It wasn't no getting out. Everybody know ain't no way of getting out of the street life. Once you in, you in unless you get rich or some shit.

"If you need somewhere to stay you can come stay with me. My ma might trip but she'll let you stay, she knew yo daddy." He told me.

Sleezy was always cool but I'll just be causing him

"I can't. Imma get you put in my mess and that ain't what i want." I told him.

"Listen nigga, ion want yo ass just sleeping any fucking where. I know what typa shit you in. If you don't wanna stay there, that's fine but you need somewhere to stay at night so you can come at night."

I nodded my head. "Ight." I told him. "You can come with me. I'm about to go home anyway."

He told me to stay in the car while he go talk to his momma about it. I doubt she agree.

Me and sleezy went to school together. He was cool peoples.

The police was after me for some shit ian even do but even if Ian do it was a 90% chance of me getting put in for that shit anyway.

An all black corvette parked in front of his house and that girl from the mall came walking out.

I watched her as she walked up the stairs. She was cute as hell.

She was sleezy cousin I think. She was fine as hell and was always smiling. Sleezy wouldn't let me have her if I wanted to.

She rung the door bell and sleezy came to the door. After a few minutes she came up to the car.

She opened the door, "Sleezy said you can come in now." She told me. I got out and she smiled.

"Your the guy from the mall well I doubt you remember but I had gave you your money that you dropped. That sound hella weird. I don't know why." She told me as we walked up the stairs.

"Yea, I remember. You his cousin right?" He asked and she nodded her head. I held the door for her, letting her in.

"Thank you." She said softly. Sleezy looked at me. His crib was nice but I knew I couldn't stay long.

Me: that boy you kept telling me was dangerous is at sleezy house right now😂.

Nene: you know why?

Me: no but he fine as fuck up close but i think you right. Wait why you keep saying he dangerous anyway?

Nene: supposedly this nigga killed like 4 people. He our age Jei.😐

Me: "supposedly". Look at chu. He might be a good person.

Nene: You always tryna see the good in people. I swear to god.

Me: he held the door for me. That's good right?

Nene: just because he know chivalry. I hold the door for my granny all the time.

I laughed and sleezy looked at me. "What you laughing at?" He asked and I rolled my eyes.

"Boy move. It's just nene." I told him.

I wasn't even worried about boys right now. Always in my business.

"You know nuski right?" He asked and I looked at the dude with the dreads.

Ian calling that nigga no fucking nuski.

"Yea, where yo momma at? My pops wanted me to ask if I can borrow y'all fire stick."

My father wanted the fire stick cause he wanted to watch some movie. I forgot what is was called.

"Y'all borrow our shit and never give it back-

"Who in the world is y'all? Ion like how you be putting me in my father's mess. What that man keep ain't got nothing to do with me." I said shrugging my shoulders and soon as I said that my tete came down stairs and I hugged her.

"Let me guess your father want the stick?" She asked and I smiled and nodded my head.

"He want to watch bad boys 3." I told her and she sighed smiling.

"Why he ain't just go see it when it came out?" She asked and I shrugged my shoulders.

"I tried to tell him." I said and she told me that it was upstairs in her room.

I went upstairs to her room and un plugged it. I grabbed the remote off her dresser and headed out.

There house was big. My tete made a lot of money, she was a nurse.

I was about to go downstairs when I bumped into somebody and it was "nuski".

"Sorry." I said and he looked down at me.

I was short, I guess well I was 5'0. That's not that bad. I liked being short but sometimes I wish I had long legs. Women with long legs was so pretty to me and I feel like the amount of curved I was blessed with was not made for my body size.

"Nuski" was like 6'0 somewhere right there. It was like he was towering over me. Everybody was towering over me except nene. Nene was only 2 inches taller.

"You good. The bathroom right there, right?" He asked pointing at sleezy room and I shook my head smiling.

"It's the 2nd room on the right." I told him and he nodded his head going there I headed downstairs.

I looked at sleezy and his mother they were talking about something.

"Alright family members. I love y'all. I'll see y'all when my father have time to give it back, or not." I said smiling and sleezy started laughing shaking his head.
