Hunter and I look at each other confused the door was closed and there was literally nothing to learn in here how did we get out? "Whats something you have nothing of?" Hunter asks as if the answer would just come naturally "Ideas?" I reply which causes him to chuckle slightly "Maybe this is the door of common sense" he says motioning around the room causing me to both be offended and amused. I join in the laughter before continuing to literally rack my brain trying to figure out why this room was empty and what it could possibly mean. I think I knew what it was but I didn't want to be so...pessimistic.

We spend what felt like hours trying to figure out a way out before I finally admitted to it I had no idea if this was true or not but... "I think this room symbolises my biggest fear" I say exposing myself "What do you mean?" He asks "Being alone" I say looking around the room. "You're afraid to be alone?" He asks without judgment "I guess so" as the words slip from my mouth the door pops open. Hunter let's out a breath of relief "Oh thank god why didn't you say that hours ago" he says smiling as we walk back into the hall.

Once we get back into the hall it was no longer red it was all white with only a single white door at the end. The black door closes and the script is revealed Ability to trust I'm shocked that it  wasn't my biggest fear but instead my ability to trust others but by sharing my biggest fear with Hunter I was able to get through it. This was turning out to be more productive than I thought.

"Last door" he says running his hand along his jaw as he stares at the door "I wonder what it could be" he says turning his head to me. Well whatever it was I just hope it wasn't anything like my other door it was full of my grandfather but mostly of myself and all I'd done to hurt others I hadn't realised how much I neglected Micheal and Aaliyah until I saw it right in front of my face. "Ready?" I ask.

He nods his head before turning to look at the door. The gold cursive appeared before we even touched it A message from Kai: The final piece of the puzzle is all it says before opening slowly.

"After you" he says moving out of the way for me. I shake my head before walking past him into the door. He follows behind me as the door as per usual slams behind up.

This one we weren't immersed in the scene it was set up like an all white dystopian movie theatre. Hunter and I look at each other before taking our seats in front of the screen. The room turns black and the video plays.

At the beginning it was two little kids playing being recorded by a grainy old cam recorder "Smile Kayden" I hear my mothers voice "Oh you two look adorable" I hear a different females voice "Luna Maria" Aaliyah's moms name slips from Hunters mouth "Jay what are you doing" the view changes to a blonde haired woman chasing young Jay around. I notice the houses in the back weren't from my pack they were from the Kings pack. The video fades and shows Aaliyah a little older she looked about 7 "Here you go my queen" I hear my child selfs voice handing her a sunflower "Thank you Alpha" she says giggling as she takes the flower "When we get big I'm going to marry you" I say causing her to smile "Yes yes yes so I can be the Ace Luna" she says spinning around in the field. It was weird I didn't remember any of this i remember meeting Aaliyah when we were younger but it was mostly Hi's and Bye's at alpha meetings and pack BBQs besides the time when she was 14.

The camera falls and is picked up again in a different scene of me looking at my mom crying in the kitchen as my dad packs his things frantically "Dont worry we will find her" he says rubbing her arm "Dad I'll come with you" my voice was now a lot deeper but still had cracks in it "No some you stay here you and Aaliyah have done more than enough you just better pray we find them" find who I think to myself not remembering any of this.

The film fades again now showing me sitting at the edge of a glowing pool in a dark cave... "Hey that looks like..." I narrow my eyes "The infinity pool" Hunter says sitting up from his slouched positions towards the screen. "Theres Aaliyah" He says pointing to her body already floating in the pool "You know what to do they can't remember anything" Alpha Bentley's voice booms in the background of the video "Yes of course" Hunters mom says stepping into frame urging me into the pool. As I float I go unconscious and the positions of the frame changes "If you're unconscious how are we still seeing this even if you're aware the details wouldn't be this clear?" Hunter says confused. I close my eyes and rewind it with my mind Hunter gasps recognising his teen self standing near a rock in the background "This is my memory now" he says confused even he didn't remember this. The video plays as normal now showing Hunters mother and some elders do a spell on Aaliyah and I. I look in the top corner to see my grandfather was standing right behind my father and Alpha Dean as Aaliyah and I float in the pool.

Hunter listens to the video looking as if he was trying to figure something out. I attempt to listen top not recognising the spell. The pool glows white then purple before turning back to blue. Hunters parents then turn to him and close his eyes whispering something as his eyes shut.

Hunter stands up throwing the chair at the wall. Woah I think to myself shocked this guy had an angry bone in his body. I was both amused and impressed "What is it?" I ask standing from my chair "They wiped my memory your memory Aaliyah's" he says shaking his head "Why was your spell different from theirs?" I ask noticing the words were different "Because they tried to use dark magic on you and Aaliyah to reverse some sort of curse but it didn't work so they severed your mate link and suppressed her powers" he says visibly pissed off "Of all the people in the world it was my own parents" he says shaking his head trying to calm down "What do you mean severed the mate bond how?" I ask "The mate bond was a curse but on wolves by witches to prevent them breeding with other species and prevent the rise of Lycans Si told me a few weeks ago" he explains so casually. I had no idea what he was on about or how it worked "Like Kai and Kyla your parents Aaliyahs parents hell even my parents didn't want you together but why?" He says pacing "It's not the final piece of the puzzle more like the beginning of a whole new one" I scoff having no idea what the fuck was going on in my own head "Well I don't think this is like the Avengers film there's no extra scenes I think it's over let's call your sisters to get us out of here" I say not wanting to deal with my own mind anymore "It doesn't work like that I can't just mind link them we have to wake ourselves up" he says looking around "There must be more we need to..." he trails off as his eyes follow something behind me. I gulp as I turn to see Kai "I don't want to hurt her" he says looking down "If I hurt her I'd have to wait an eternity to see my love again" he says with sadness in his eyes "I know how much the girl means to you to the both of you well to all three of you including Kyla" he says babbling "But I was only doing it to protect her if you're able to figure out these washed away memories the truth will be revealed" he says avoiding the truth "Why can't you just tell us?" I ask confused "I...I can't I've been sworn to secrecy by-" he attempts to spit it out but the his mouth wouldn't let him "He's been spelled" Hunter says as he folds his arms "most likely by my parents" he says causing Kai to nod his head "You promise you're not going to hurt Aaliyah or Kyla" I say making myself very clear to him "Yes Alpha" He says bowing his head "But" I almost wanted to sigh considering things could never just be simple "If i don't hurt her...it will" he says before fading away into a dust of smoke "What does he mean 'it'?" I ask Hunter who was visibly worried. I shake my head.

This guy was so lucky he wasn't an alpha he could express his emotions so freely when he was scared when he was happy when he was...in love even though he hid it well most of the time that was his own choice to hide it no one else expected him to be strong all the time like I was meant to. "I have no idea" I say shrugging it off trying to remain calm "You know you don't have to act with me right you're allowed to be scared" he says starting to know a little too much about me "Look just because you've gone through my mind doesn't mean you know shit about me" I say making myself clear "I don't get why you do that it must be a trait from your grandfather" he says causing me to look up at him now pissed "Hey calm down" he says reading my expression.
