A voice came over the loud speaker, waking the guys up.
"Ladies and gentlemen the pilot has now turned on the seat belt light as we are getting ready to start our descend into beautiful New York City where it is 86 degrees F. If you have the tray in front of you down please put it up and make sure all carry on bags or purses are secured under the seat in front of you. Thank you".
"Wow, were here already?" yawned Michael.
"Time goes fast when your sleeping" yawned Ashton.
"I can't wait to text Jenn while we're waiting for our luggage" said Luke.
"She'll be happy to hear from you" agreed Calum.
Around 20 minutes later the plane had come to a complete stop. The seatbelt light went off and people started to unbundle their set belts and get up.
The guys were at the front of the plane so they he to grab their bags and get off the plane first. When they had their belongings and exited the plane Luke took off running, Michael not far behind him, then Calum & Ashton as well.
They arrived at the baggage claim spot and Luke whipped out his phone.
'Hey babe, we just landed in New York City, can't wait to call you tonight. Big love!!!!' he texted her.
"Done!!!!" he said.
"Well you didn't waste any time Luke" laughed Calum.
"We're talking about his 'girlfriend' here Calum. You know how much Jenn loves her'Lukey Bear'" teased Michael laughing.
Luke slugged him.
"Shut up" he said not completely amused by his comment but he could couldn't but smirk thinking about Jenn calling him his nickname.
"I'm gonna go call Ben" he said as he started to walk away.
Mikey made kissey noises and Luke looked back and shot him a nice glare.
"Hey Ben!!!! How's it going man?!".
"That's great. Yah we just landed in NYC".
"Yeah. How's Jenn & Jack? What are they up to?".
He turned back and walked over to the guys as their luggage began to pour out.
"Oh are they out?".
The guys noticed his face go serious.
"What? What do you mean they haven't been back there since we left?".
"Yeah that would be great if you could go to our house and see if their there and of course let me know. Thanks bud".
He hung up the phone and just stared into space.
"Luke.........?" Ashton let his voice trail off.
"Ben said they haven't been back to his & Jack's house since we left.........".
"What if........could it be........" Calum let his voice trail off.
"I don't think we should panic just yet" replied a confident Michael. "I say we wait to hear from Ben, you know, see what he says".
Luke looked sad as he looked down at his phone realizing that Jenn hasn't texted him back yet.
"Here's your bag Luke" said Ashton putting his bag down beside him.
It shook Luke out of his daze.
They were making their way through the airport when fans stopped them wanting pictures and autographs. They signed their items, took photos with them and then they moved on.
"Omg it's 5SOS!!!!!!!!" a girl screamed from not far behind them.
They looked back and saw the crowd. Not wanting to be stuck in the middle of it, they started to run through the airport.
"Wait!!!! How's Jenn?! Is she still alive?!" the same girl called out to them.
The four guys stopped dead in their tracks and slowly turned around. Michael looked at the other guys, he figured he'd better speak up for all of them.
"Jenn?".
"Yeah, Luke's girlfriend, Ashton's little sis" she replied.
"Yeah" Calum said.
The girls face turned to horror realizing that they hadn't heard yet.
"Oh my god....you haven't....".
"Haven't seen what yet?" Ash asked.
"Nothing Ash, she's just fine" Luke said.
His phone made a sound. It was Jenn, he breathed a sigh of relief.
"See, she just texted me, she's fine".
"Luke........" said Calum.
"What Calum?!" he snapped.
"I think we should listen to what she has to tell us. Go ahead" he said turning to her.
"There's nothing to listen to, did you not hear me say she JUST texted me" he said getting upset now.
"She's being held by the Australian Stalker".
Luke shot a glare at her.
"How dare you.......".
"Luke, woah hold on!!!!" Calum said grabbing his arms.
"He's likely texting from her phone pretending to be her" she concluded.
"The guy, there's a guy that's a hostage as well as her" Ashton said.
The girl looked at Luke not knowing whether she should say anything more or not. Luke's eyes filled with tears.
"No.....no!!!!" he almost shouted.
Michael grabbed onto his other arm now to help support him.
"How do you know it's Jenn & Jack?" Ash asked her.
"We just saw it on the news not too long ago now" she answered.
Ashton sighed with tears in his eyes now too. All of a sudden Luke stood up, and they all turned to look at him. He looked understandably angry. He pulled out his cell phone and started to dial a number.
"Luke what are you doing?" Michael asked anxiously.
"I have to call Ben, he's on his way to our house right now".
