Jungkook and Mingyu were seated outside in the garden facing each other. No one dared to speak.
Mingyu attempted to hold Jungkook's hand but Jungkook rejected it.
That's when the Alpha finally had enough.
"Okay tell me what I did!", Mingyu said.
Jungkook inhaled softly. "You did nothing Mingyu", he said as he looked at his fingers.
Mingyu scoffed, "Clearly I did something. You aren't looking at me and you are calling me by my name!", he raised his voice a little. "Tell me!! ", he said as he banged his hand on the table.
Scared, Jungkook flinced and said with closed eyes," I think we must end whatever is going on between us"
Mingyu stood up and ruffled his hair in disbelief. "Really now! We haven't being dating for even a week but you're already breaking up with me? For what reason? Huh? Tell me the truth! ", he said
Jungkook stood up too and tried to hold him but he stepped back.
"Don't touch me. Why did you agree to date me if you knew you were going to break up with me?", Mingyu said and asked sternly.
Jungkook sighed, "The thing is, I thought I liked you...well honestly I do but not in that kinda way. Believe me I don't know what happened but I'm still in love with Taehyung ", he said as he looked at the Alpha.
"What? But you said you were gonna reject him and be with me!?! With me!", Mingyu said in disbelief.
"I'm sorry Min. But I can't help what I feel!"
"Okay wait up. Let me remind you that you, yourself, said to me a few days ago that you want nothing to do with him anymore especially after all that he's done to you. And right now you're telling me that you want him?", the Alpha asked still in disbelief.
"I guess you can say I'm addicted to him. He's like the sun and I'm the rose. I can't just survive on water, I need the sun. I'm sorry for hurting you Mingyu but I can't help-"
"Just cut it Jungkook. It's fine. No need for you to explain. I -i need some air", Mingyu said and quickly fled from there leaving Jungkook sobbing.
