Ilhoon's POV

"Let's break up." I said to her. Sorry Melody.

I just don't want you to see me slowly dying. So its better like this. I just don't want to hurt no more.

Melody's POV

"Let's break up." Ilhoon said. Is he serious? I can't do it. My heart just aches. "But why? Is it me? I can change!" I shouted. "It's not you. Its me. I don't love you anymore." He said. After he muttered those words, I just literally died.

Ilhoon's POV

"It's not you. Its me. I don't love you anymore." I said. Mianhe. Jeongmal mianhe. I don't want to do this but its for the best. But, if I die tomorrow, never forget me.

*A few weeks passed*

"You just have a week. Ilhoon." The doctor said. This is my fate. But, I can't accept it. I want to be happy with Melody but this freakin cancer is stopping me.

Mrs. Jung's POV (Ilhoon's mother)

I don't want my son to suffer. It is down to a week now. I have to tell her.

*Phone call* (M=Melody, U= Ilhoon's mother)

U- I have to tell you something.

M- Okay.

U- He has cancer. He has a day left.

Melody's POV

I can't accept this. I don't want him to die. That idiot! Why didn't he tell me?

M- Umma, let's go to the hospital.

This is the day. Goodbye Melody, Mum, Pa, Noona. I hear the beeping sound of the monitor, I'm now going to die, I just wanna say, goodbye.

Melody's POV

I hear the beeping of the monitor, I suddenly awakened. "Ilhoon! Ilhoon!!!!! Wake up!!" I said. "Melody, I'm always in your mind. Never forget me." he said then closed his eyes again "Goodbye." was his last word. I rushed out to call the doctor, but they couldn't do anything. Goodbye Ilhoon, I love you. And as you said, you are always in my mind, I'll never forget you.
