"i will not stay quiet."

Dumbledore told me all about the other Horcruxes and greatly expressed how difficult the other one's are to destroy. But, if we destroy all of the Horcruxes then we'd be able to kill Voldemort. Dumbledore asked me and Harry to join him on a mission to retrieve another Horcrux, and I just couldn't pass it up.
So here me and Harry were, walking up to the astronomy tower. We could hear Snape and Dumbledore having a conversation before Snape waltzes down the stairs we were currently on, giving us a deathly glare. Well, it was more to Harry than me, considering what Snape and I talked about only a day before.
We finally walked up to the tower and we spot Dumbledore gazing out to the sky. It was a mixture of yellow and blue. We stood just behind the man and I could tell he knew we were there.
He turned to look at us. "Oh, hello." He said. He looked at Harry. "You need a shave my friend."
I chuckled a bit. Harry has grown quite a bit, hasn't he? I remember when I met him years ago at that train station. That inspiring little boy I once knew had grown into a man. It was quite tear jerking when you think about it.
"You know at times, I've forgotten how much you've grown. At times I still see the small boy from the cupboard." Dumbledore said. Harry smiled just a bit. "Forgive my mawkishness, Harry, I'm an old man."
"You still look the same to me, sir." Harry said. That was indeed true.
"Just like your mother you're unfaithfully kind. A trait that people never fail to undervalue, I'm afraid. The place to which we join here tonight is extremely dangerous. I promised the both of you that you would accompany me and I stand by that promise. But, under one condition, you two must obey every command I give the both of you without question." He said. I breathed out.
"Yes, sir." Me and Harry say in unison.
"The both of you do understand what I'm saying. Should I tell you to hide, you hide. Should I tell you to run, you run. Should I tell you two to abandon me and save yourselves, you must do so. Your words." He said. I was a bit unsure about the situation but I knew I could trust in him.
"My word." Me and Harry say in unison. Dumbledore held out his arm. "Take my arm." He said.
"Sir, I thought you couldn't apparate within Hogwarts." Harry said. "Well, being me has its privileges." He said. Well, then.
Me and Harry hesitantly grabbed the man's arm. I suddenly felt my surroundings change like lighting. We apparated on a very large rock in the middle of the ocean. My shoulder length hair flew around vivaciously due to the extreme wind.
Without even really thinking about it I grabbed Harry's arm sort of protectively. I could practically feel the danger coming. Suddenly a scream had sounded in the distance. My eyes widened. It was a banshee.
"Your ancestors sense your presence, Violet. Dozens of your kind were slain on this very rock, and then thrown into the ocean. Quite a sad story, really." Dumbledore raised his tone so he could be heard over the scream. The scream finally quieted down. I breathed out. Nice little family history fact.
There was a huge cave-like mountain just behind us. I assumed this is where another Horcrux was. We turned to face it. This was it, we were finally taking strides in defeating Voldemort once and for all.
We were finally inside of the cave and the space around us was dark and mysterious. We walked around and I could feel a chill go up my spine. "This is the place. Oh, yes. This place has known magic." Dumbledore said before pulling out a silver dagger. He then cuts his palm. What was he doing?
