Ty was playing with lyndy when he got a text from JJ

“Need help ASAP” read the text.

“What's up you okay?” Ty texted back.

“Yeah” replied JJ.

“Okay what's up?” Ty texted.

“I need your help picking out an engagement ring” JJ responded.

“An engagement ring?” Ty texted back confused .

“Yeah I'm going to propose to Nikki,'' JJ responded.

"HOLY SHIT!” Ty yelled in shock.

"That's a bad word Daddy,” said lyndy, innocently.

"I know sweetheart I'm sorry it's just Uncle JJ is about to make a very bad decision,” said Ty .

"What's wrong?" Amy asked, concerned.

"JJ wants to propose to Nikki,” said Ty.

"Wait haven't they only been together for like 6 months?" Asked Amy.

"Nope they've known each other for six months they've only been together for like four,” Explained Ty.

"That's a disaster waiting to happen," said Amy.

"I know I think I'm going to invite him over to talk," said Ty .

" I think it's a good idea," said Amy.

Ty texted JJ back.

“I'll help but why don't you come over and have a beer first?” Ty texted

“Okay,” JJ texted back.

"Okay he's gonna come over, " said Ty.

"What are you going to say?” Asked Amy.

"I don't know exactly I might need your help, " said Ty.

"Just let me know,” said Amy.

Half an hour later

JJ arrived.

"Are you ready to go?” Asked JJ. 

Just want a minute,” said Ty 

"What's going on dude? You're acting weird,” said JJ confused.

"Are you sure proposing to Nikki is a good idea?" Asked Ty

"Why wouldn't it be?” Asked JJ.

"Well you guys have only been together for 4 months there's still a lot for you guys to learn about each other,” Explained Ty.

"You don't think I should go through with it do you?" Asked JJ.

"I’m not saying never just not right now,” said Ty.

"What’s wrong with jumping in with both feet?” Asked JJ .

"Nothing usually but marriage isn't something you want to rush into,” said Ty.

"I love her so much,” said JJ.

"I know you do but what's the rush?” Asked Ty .
