Chen Miyun was currently sitting on a bus, nervously playing with her fingers. It had been a bit over a month since she joined Blue Rain and today was her first official competition.

Taking a deep breath, Chen Miyun refocused on the rambling beside her. Unlike most people, she actually found Huang Shaotian's talking very soothing, at least when it wasn't trash talking, since she found a rhythm in it.

Or it could just be that she had gotten used to it.

See, Chen Miyun and Huang Shaotian were siblings, twins to be exact. Chen Miyun took on the surname of their mother while Huang Shaotian had the surname of their father.

Not many people knew that they were even related, and since there was no reason to let the public know, they just kept it private.

Huang Shaotian was currently reviewing how a competition worked, adding in tips and extra details as well.

They were going against Misty Rain and Chen Miyun was participating in the Individual Challenge and being part of the five to enter the Team Challenge initially.

Once they arrived at the stadium, the entire team was escorted into a side building. After a bit of waiting, they were walking out into the open stadium.

Giving a small wave towards the crowd, Chen Miyun brushed aside her side bangs that were sliding onto her large, round glasses.

After the host introduced both teams and went through some information, the two teams exchanged greetings and got ready for the match to start.

"First off, we have the Individual Challenge. 3 players from each team play three 1v1 matches, each win grants 1 point, meaning a team can get 3 points in this segment.

"From Misty Rain, we have their captain Chu Yunxiu playing the Elementalist class account, Windy Rain. And on Blue Rain's side, we have their newest member, Chen Miyun, playing the Exorcist class account, Delightful Rain."

Elementalist, Chen Miyun thought. If I can deal a good amount of damage from the start while keeping myself safe, then I can seal her weapon and hopefully finish her off.

"Good luck," Huang Shaotian whispered to her.

Chen Miyun smiled in response and gave two thumbs up before walking away.

Seating herself at the far end of the room, Chen Miyun brought out her keyboard and mouse, syncing it with the monitor and putting her account card into the reader. Plugging her headphones in as well, Chen Miyun put them on and raised the volume.

Exercising her fingers before entering, Chen Miyun adjusted the position of her hands on the keyboard and mouse before clicking open the arena.

The map that had been chosen was one with many buildings and ledges hidden in shadow. Perfect for what Chen Miyun wanted to do.
