Su-Mucheng: hey is everyone free today?

Wang-Jiexi: yes, why?

Su-Mucheng: well, i have set up a new years celebration and i was hoping everyone could come!

Ye-Qiu: i'm not free, i have shift

Ye-Qiu: that's a lie, i cleared his work schedule for the holidays. he's free to go. - Chen Guo

Su-Mucheng: thank you, boss chen!

Chen-Miyun: um, i'm not free right now. when is this celebration?

Su-Mucheng: aww, i was hoping everyone could come now. i found a place convenient for all of us.

Chen-Miyun: oh! i might be to make it actually!

Su-Mucheng: really? that's great!

Su-Mucheng: (PS: the younger pro players/the ones not in this chat are also allowed to come, but try to only bring one or two from each team.)

Chen Miyun put her phone into her bag as she stepped onto the ice, gliding across the surface smoothly.

"Xiao Zhou, I didn't know you could ice skate," Chen Miyun stated as she slowed down to match Zhou Zekai's pace.

"Mhm," was his only response.

It was New Year's Eve, and Chen Miyun had a free day, so she went to ice skate at Yina's Ice Rink. It was fairly small, with only a small amount of guests each day. Which is perfect for Chen Miyun, since she doesn't want to go anywhere too public.

Chen Miyun knew when her favorite receptionist, Yina, the owner, was on shift, so it was expected when Yina greeted her. What Chen Miyun didn't expect however, was Zhou Zekai to be there as well, giving off quite the show to anyone watching. There wasn't actually anyone watching, to be clear, if there was, he would probably be really embarrassed.

"Well, Mucheng is hosting a New Year's celebration here, so..."

"So, the other pro players will be here in like 10 minutes, please help me put these decorations up."

Chen Miyun took a few streamers from Su Mucheng's hands and started putting them around the inside of the ice while skating. Apparently she had rented out the entire ice rink the day before. Yina was going to ask Chen Miyun and Zhou Zekai to leave when Su Mucheng came, but they assured her that they were friends.

After rushing around trying to get the ice rink to look more festive, Chen Miyun and Su Mucheng decided to hide and scare the others when they came. They also thought it would be funny if they came in and just saw Zhou Zekai skating (really well), so they told him to just continuing doing whatever he was doing.

A few minutes later, Wang Jiexi came into the ice rink with Gao Yingjie following behind him, glancing around nervously. Quickly following them was Yu Wenzhou trying to ignore the chatterbox droning on and on behind him.

As more and more pro players started arriving, they began to talk with each other for a little bit before figuring out that they needed to open another set of doors to go to the ice rink. When they opened the door, they were all bedazzled by Zhou Zekai skating beautifully on his own. It was clear that he has been practicing.

It was also clear that no one from Team Happy was there yet, but then the sound of Chen Guo's voice flowed through the air as she pushed Ye Xiu through the double doors with Tang Rou and Qiao Yifan following behind and trying not to laugh.

After Chen Guo was done lecturing Ye Xiu, she finally noticed all of the pro players and got really flustered. Saying a quick 'hi' before running out of there.

As all of the pro players were in the same general area (admiring Zhou Zekai), Su Mucheng gestured towards Chen Miyun and mouthed '3, 2, 1, go!', and on 'go'!, they both jumped out and shouted 'BOO!' before laughing their heads off at the expressions on their faces.

Once she was done laughing, Su Mucheng greeted everyone, "hello, as celebration for New Year's, I though it would be a nice bonding experience for everyone to ice skate!" There were multiple groans in response to that.

Chen Miyun grinned and said, "don't worry, I look forward to seeing everyone fall," which earned her a few glares.

As the ones who could ice skate (Su Mucheng, Chen Miyun, Wang Jiexi, and Yu Wenzhou (also Zhou Zekai but he couldn't help)) helped the others put on their ice skates and help them get on the rink, everyone else was slipping and sliding everywhere as they tried not to fall.

Su Mucheng started teaching everyone the basics while Chen Miyun was trying to help but couldn't stop laughing. Wang Jiexi was helping Gao Yingjie and Yu Wenzhou was trying his hardest to make some sort of conversation with Zhou Zekai.

After suffering too many glares because of her laughing (the glares resulted in falling, and more laughing, and more glares, and more falling), Chen Miyun decided to help Qiao Yifan, because let's be honest, he's such a smol bean.

Chen Miyun thought this action would stop them from glaring at her, but it only resulted in more glares because she was so tenderly helping Qiao Yifan and not the others. But she just focused on helping Qiao Yifan so the glares had more effect on the people glaring, since they kept falling because of not paying attention.

Twenty minutes passed of this cycle. Yu Wenzhou failed at trying to start a conversation with Zhou Zekai, Gao Yingjie was getting the hang of ice skating quickly, and Su Mucheng gave up on trying to teach a bunch of squabbling children that kept getting distracted and complaining about the cold. As for Chen Miyun, she was still helping Qiao Yifan but kept awing in her mind at how he would get so embarrassed when he fell.

The cold ice rink felt quite lively, and the celebration was an overall success on Su Mucheng's part. Yina was of course happy that she made so much money and had pro Glory players visit her ice rink.
